I was a sophomore in HS!
I was hugely pregnant in 1999. My youngest daughter was born 2 weeks into the new year, on January 14, 2000. I remember that I didn't believe all that Y2K stuff, but I did buy some tuna and fill a bathtub.... just in case. Hey, if something had happened, I'd be able to flush the toilet and eat.
I was 17 in 1999.. lol.. and i have no idea what i was doing![]()
I was down in El Paso, TX for the Sunbowl - Minnesota Gophers vs. Oregon Ducks. The Gophers lostAnd for the actually new year party - we (the whole marching band) were at a Mexican restaurant somehwere in El Paso.
OMGosh, all you young thangs!!!
Well, I was 22 1/2 (gosh, feeling old now). I was about to finish up my Music Therapy internship at a state psychiatric hospital. I had been married a year and a half.
Not sure what I was doing that exact night. One of my husband's best friends growing up used to have a big NYE bash every year w/ his family. It was quite a blowout each year. So we were probably there.
Kinda fun looking back!
Hahaha, I thought you filled the bathtub with tuna!
I had JUST gotten engaged on Christmas Eve, and I was in Lake Charles, LA with my husband's family celebrating!I can't believe it's been ten years!
Honestly not sure I was only 14 yrs old...it's hard telling what I was doing.
