January 2019: Passport Inspiration Portal

loooove the colors in Melissa Bennett's "A is for Awesome" kit
and if you ever want a template which will showcase nearly every element in a kit, check this out from Brook Magee. This is Trifecta 18. I was tickled to use the template which gave me the opportunity to use so many elements and papers in the Awesome kit.

I love this new idea of the thread of inspirations for the Passport! I've enjoyed scrolling through as I prep to make a new layout.
I agree with the other ladies that the passport book is hard to refer to on it's own to complete the challenges. I too made a text file with notes corresponding to the passport numbers so I didn't have to keep opening the website...I think 100 of the views of the FAQ thread are mine lol!
I really REALLY love this idea of the Passport Book so we're not locked into a particular pattern on a bingo card, but just some constructive critique -maybe the book could be a little less elaborate so the squares could be bigger to see the layouts?

I agree with this too :)

journal: tiny resolutions leading to big changes. I used my project life page for this. Also, I tried for a simpler, cleaner look than I normally do. I almost like it. Lol, I just like to add All the Things!

#11 Wild Card
My Facebook Banner. Each month I try to create something fun because at the end of the year I use one of those printing services that pulls all the posts & makes it into a book. I'm nerdy in that I like to have each monthly page showing an appropriate banner once it's printed.

I never know how to post these in the gallery - hybrid? but it's all digital, but it's not a layout...quandary.

Here's my page for #5 - list. Funny story on this one - I made another page which was a list of my favorite things to do, but then realized I didn't read all the instructions and it was supposed to be a to-do list lol! I like both pages anyway though, so hey :D

I would still consider this a layout.

Kit is Your Special Day by Grace Lee
Template is from the bundle as well

Inspiration from the blog post...Grace said that her daughter (and her cute bee Halloween costume) were her inspiration for the H is for Honey kit she made. So...I took my inspiration from my daughter as well - and some fun pics from her 30th birthday in December.

Scrap your stash - Still love this kit i bought more than 2 years ago - wish i got more of the anthology collection

#2- Futuristic kit(space theme). I didn't push myself to use off-theme pictures (but I did use this kit on a recent non-space-themed LO for my project life album, so I'm letting myself slide! ;) )

I totally agree!! This is a perfect way to get inspired if I'm having trouble coming up with an idea for a challenge!

This is my LO for #17 Scrap Stash - Sort your scrap stash by date, and scrap with a product at least a year old

#11 - Wildcard

This started out to be my white space layout but ended up far too busy... thank goodness for wildcards!

#14 - Currently: Planning

This layout shows our crazy busy life even in a relatively quiet week. I decided not to use a kit but pulled elements from a huge variety of designers. It was a lot of work and took forever but I think I'm happy with the final product.

#18 - Scraplift

This was great fun and went together so easily as all elements are from a single kit. As usual I had trouble knowing when to stop so it is much busier than the layout we lifted.

#5 List

I really struggled with a list. I don't want a scrapbook page of a grocery list or a to-do list. So hopefully this twist on the list will work.

#3 Featured: Grace Lee

I was inspired by Grace's gorgeous new kit and knew that I wanted to scrap the 'busy bee' my family had to renovate my Dad's house in November/December last year.
