January 2019: Passport Inspiration Portal

#13. Journal: Year of Tiny Resolutions...

The journal is in Dutch, but the resolution for me is to try to let go the fear of changing jobs. I'm no longer happy at my job, but for some reason I'm too scared to try to change jobs (because there are some good things about my job as well). So my resolution for this year is to let go of my fear. Or at least try harder.

Here's what I've done so far. I must say it's been ages since I've scrapped anything outside of my weekly pages and it was so fun! My weeklies are bare bones, more for speed than anything, but I'm a cluster girl at heart!

#9 - Seasonal (Birds)

#12 - Composition

I don't think I've been this inspired to scrap in a long time! Loving the freedom of the new challenges! Hooray!

I SO Agree!

Me too! I'm with you there...but it's been great getting creative a bit with these!

Love this!

I'm in the same situation! You've scrapped it beautifully! Hope everything works out for a job you can really love and be passionate about!

#17 scrap your stash
I used two Studio Basic products that are over a year old.

I have to say I'm having a harder time getting started to scrap with the new system. I can't figure out what the prompt is from just looking at the passport.
The font may be a bit hard to read, and it's not straightforward like the bingo prompts were. I wouldn't be able to scrap if I didn't have access to the internet to check what the prompts mean for example.
I'm so sorry for being a bit negative.

Anyway, here is my #13: Journal
"no more stress"

For rewind/flashback, magazine style, no shadows.
This was really hard for me, almost painful! Full disclosure, after saving these for my passport, I went back and added clusters and shadows, because I just couldn't stand it.

I was thinking I'd probably end up doing the exact same thing. Down the road, I'd hate that there was a random page in an album that wasn't my style. lol

I have the same problem. I did a copy/paste into a word document because I have to check everytime what that prompt is.....I cannot read most of the prompts on the passport :(

Hey Lea, Sorry to hear you're struggling. I'll look into a cleaner font for the keyword tags moving forward, but maybe this month, focusing on the numbers for each challenge will make things a little easier since each challenge in the FAQ thread corresponds to its number on the tracker card in addition to the keywords. Good Luck! Love your pages so far <3

Thanks Robin. I'll try to do like Biancka said too and copy and paste the clues somewhere on my computer.

I did a word document too and printed it (took out the pictures) so I could refer to it - that helps. I can go to the thread to look at examples if needed.

Still great Layouts here's!

Here's mine for #3. Featured : Grace Lee
I feel inspired by this extract of her interview:
"I thought it would be appropriate to start off 2019 with a sweet kit here at SSD! Also, my daughter was a honey bee this past Halloween and I couldn’t resist."

It makes me want to scrap a sweet picture of my kids with a sweet kit of Grace!:)
