Are you a Thread Killer? Let the Game Begin!

Nope. Unfortunately, we were having this conversation in the Friday Sneak previews and realized that we should probably be having it elsewhere. LOL!

Exactly. I kinda asked Meg to make it a separate thread, but she put it here. Still better than Sneak Peeks though. :-D

Welcome to Darcy's thread!

ETA: OK, am I losing it? Was all this driving/license talk always in this thread? I did not even notice it!

LOL, I'm pretty sure the driving/license talk was from a sneek peek thread and it somehow got merged into the INFAMOUS Threadkiller thread...

We welcome all sorts of things here, right? lol

Hope you have fun tonight, Jen. Hopefully it will be fun. And, you can always have laundry going while you have friends over. If you have to take a few short breaks to go switch out the wash, they won't care, if I were you, I would do that, it would at least help make you not worry about the piles multiplying while you're having fun, lol! ;)

I have to say that the original layout definitely did tell a story and get us all to chime in about our own! And isn't that what scrapbooking is all about, to tell a story! :)

Heck yes! We play hand and foot all the time. We alternate between boys vs girls and mixed couples. this time it was mixed couples and my team won(by like 5000 pts, heheehe).

Do you play it solo or in teams? We usually do teams, though its fun to sometimes do solo.

Oh, I cannot do laundry while people are over. My washer/dryer is upstairs right above the kitchen and rattles the light fixture in there.

I'll just do laundry while I work tomorrow.

GO Cards!!!

Yeah, we just play singles, but my Grandma plays doubles when she plays at the Senior Center (how cute is that?!). Wish we lived closer! I'd love to play with someone closer to my own age! LOL

Goooooo Cards!

Donna, I've been away from the computer all day, but I just wanted you to know- I am TOTALLY doing a happy dance for you. It only takes 30 days to set a habit, and you've already almost got eight out of the way! Woo-hoo!

And I will now contribute my driving information- I drove 120 miles to visit the mall with my mother today. I then turned around and drove 120 miles home. I think a drivers license is kinda a requirement in Oklahoma. Lol.

Hmmm. I might still start a separate thread if I feel like it. This thread confuses me, and I think the topic will never be continued here anyway. But maybe we exploited it enough, heh. :-)

Thanks Marla! :):)

I do about 500km a week, just driving to and from work . . over 250 miles or maybe 300 - I dont know, never was good at conversions LOL. Have to say, 240 miles to visit a mall is one heck of a marathon effort!!!!!!!

Good Monday Morning, Girlies!

I'm sorry, Jen. Last night I was exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Well, the cat and dog got in a fight. The cat pooped on a pile of hubbys clothes (that I told him to not throw on the floor because she would poop on them). My brother in law called twice (once right after I fell asleep, once at 6:30) and my husband's buddy called right after the brother-in-law. Oh and the cat crawled on my face at 2:30. I hate everyone in my house this morning... especially the dang cat. Lol.

my cat is giving me pathetic face, but I'm mean and refusing to feed her. She can wait until DH wakes up since she ignored me all night until she wanted to be fed.

LOL to you and all your pet stories. They are really hitting home with me because we just had to find a new home for one of our kitties last week. She was continually pooping all over the house, and after vet visits to determine she was physically ok, we had to come to terms with the fact that she was just pissed off at all of us. She hasn't been the same since we brought baby home (yes, the baby that is now 3 years old), and she just wasn't happy. And was very good at showing how unhappy she was. So bye-bye Jellybean. I hope your new home is much happier than ours was for you :(

I think my cat would be happier if I had kids in the house, lol. She loves it when my friends kids are over, especially the 2 year old..they are best buddies.

After TWO weeks of my car being in the shop, I should have it back today or tomorrow!!

They had no idea what was wrong and ended up having to do major work to it. It's out of the shop, they just have to do more testing and stuff to make sure it is 100% fixed.

As far as I know, so far they had to replace the throttle body, the main computer, and a lot of parts of the main intake.....poor car! But, it should run perfectly now.

I will say this, they have been very good about giving us updates on the car. They even called last week to let us know they were still working on it and hoped it would be ready by the time we got back. And they paid for the rental, lol.

Wow. I bet that cost a pretty penny.

I'm trying to scrap a page this morning. The pictures are gorgeous, but a little different, so I'm having a really hard time picking papers. And I'm getting frustrated. Think I'll close and do something else.

I use PS, but I did use PSE for a long time. You can use most shadow styles in PSE. I think MEgan Turnidge's are free and compatible with PSE. It's a bit harder to tweak it, but I think her tuts are great and I love her shadows.

So I just got a new shipment of Scentsy in and realized that I have thirteen different scents. Haha. I think I might be a Scentsy hoarder. :)

I only order Scentsy like once a year, and I got my order last week, it was all Pumpkin Spice, my FAVORITE scent - ever, esp this time of year! LOVE Scentsy! It's awesome! :)

Yeah, I only order Scentsy once a year, too, but I order a ton. Lol. And I'm bad about not switching out the scents. From now on, I'm going to try my hardest to be better about that.

My favorites are Sugar Cookie, Pumpkin Roll, and Skinny Dippin.

I've had all of those! They are def the best ones! I have a few okay-ish ones I haven't used up so I just ordered 4 pumpkin roll and that's was all for the moment. I also like the Cinamon Roll one (I think it has a cooler name, not as cool as Skinny Dippin' of course, lol).

Oh yeah, I almost forgot....

GO CARDS

Just for you, Kate! ;)

(Please keep me updated, my hubby and son continue to be
amazed at their non-sports mom having the latest updates on
the world series, haha!)

Those candles don't sound like a good idea for me. I'd be starving all the time!

Cards are winning 2-0 as of right now.

GOOOOOO Cards!

I've gotten a few Partylite gifts, Jen. Nice stuff. A beautiful hurricane candle holder.
