Welcome! I just checked, and it looks like your settings have already been changed. You should be good to go! If you still can't do everything you're trying to do, just leave a few comments in the gallery to boost your post count up to 10. Once you hit that magic number, the system will lift the spam restrictions, and you'll be able to post freely. :)

Well I have been shopping here for a few years and had registered at both the store and the forum. Thought everything was okay. But this past weekend at the DSD, I was drawn as a random winner of a kit by Captivated Visions and Rachael posted that she could not leave me a private message. It was then that I learned that I clearly am NOT a full member. I left word on that thread in the forum with me e-mail address but still have heard nothing from her. Could you please change my permissions to full member?
 
Also, I tried leaving comments in the gallery to get my count up to 10 but unfortunately the system doesn't allow that either!

So sorry for the troubles! Unfortunately, the spam filters that we have in place can wreak havoc on big weekends like DSD!

I've changed your permissions now, so you should be able to both leave comments and send/receive PMs.

If you have any other issues, please let us know! :)

Hello! This is my FAVORITE digital scrapbooking shop. I've never seen a kit I didn't like and it's so user friendly. I'd like to become more active commenting on gallery posts but I am unable to do so...not sure why.

You may still notice some weird stuff until you reach 10 posts, but that'll go away automatically. If you leave some comments in the gallery, you'll bump that number up quickly!

Back after a 3 year hiatus!!!

So it's like being new again! :D I'm hoping I can remember what to do as I just downloaded PSE 14 (quite the upgrade from PSE 5 I used before!) Just wanted to say hi and looking forward to getting back into digiscrap. Happy to say I have kept up with many friends I met here years ago on fb, so even when I wasn't scrapping, SSD had an impact on my life. ETA: I should update my signature when I remember how...
 
Hello! I've stalked here @ Sweet Shoppe for a while now - but thought this month I'd take the dive!

I've been digital scrapping since 2006 and feel very blessed to have met so many wonderful digital scrapping friends through the years. Can't quite picture my life without it including digital scrapping.

I'm anxious to get to know everyone here @ the Sweet Shoppe!! :wub:
 
Hi! I'm Donna and I'm new here, too, just started posting a few of my layouts here recently. My other scrapping home is closing this week and I'm really hoping that one of my CT designers will be moving here. So far, I haven't been able to figure out where she'll be.

I'd also like to thank you for the December downloads and coupons. I'm pretty sure I might be responsible for most of the sales this month. I'm loving the #believeinmagic collabs!

I joined a long time ago, but was never active on the forum. My favorite store is closing, so I am looking for a new home. No sure if my setting need adjusted or not. Thanks!

Hi just testing the waters here at Sweet Shoppe - I'm a SO orphan and some of my designers are headed here, plus I love what I see here and have several other kits from your designers. The bingo looks fun and I'm excited to try it out in the new year!
