Hey everyone, just thought I would pop in and say hello from Downunder :)

My name is Ona and I am a mother to 4 adult children and grandma to 8 grandkids ranging in age from 18 - 4.5 :wub: I live on a small rural property with my partner of nearly 30 years and two pesky little fox terrors! lol!

Have been digi scrappin' since around 2008 and I still enjoy it immensely. I am on Rachel's CT :wub: and looking forward to meeting everyone here at SSD! :hugs:
 
I have been a HUGE fan of SSD for years! I have been a CT member for Blagovesta Gosheva for quite some time and am just thrilled that she is now calling SSD home. :thumbup:

I can guaranty that I am a real person ;) and can't wait to get started participating int he community more!

Please feel free to make yourself and home here! I've changed your forum permissions, so you should be able to settle in a bit. You will probably still notice some strange stuff until you have 10 posts. That's an automatic spam filter that we have in place. If you'd like to reach that 10 posts quickly, you can just leave some comments in the gallery!

Hi, I am new.

My name is Carol Weiser, I am a 73 year old retired grandmother living in Erie PA. I share my home with two loving cats, a Bengal named Ziggy and a orange kitty named Willie.

I was a member of Scrapbookgraphics for quite a few years, then spent a couple years just doing journaling and such. I miss doing layouts but it is amazing how much you can forget in that length of time.

Looking for a new place to call my digital home to post a bit and join a few challenges, once I get familiar with everything. Sweet Shoppe looks like a lovely place and I am sure within a few weeks I will be comfortable and posting.

We had to take some spam precautions. But you can leave some love in the gallery and get those 10 posts out of the way quickly, and at that point, you should be good to go!

Our son was just married in South Africa, so we all went over to celebrate his wedding. Our daughter is married and has blessed us with 2 gorgeous grandsons. I'm almost new around SSD. I'm a member since 2013 and I wasn't around here. I'm a bit shy person and It was always lovely to read and to design. But I can say that SSD is the one of the best scrapbooking sites and I love all of the designers and also layout artists' style so much!!

I've been digi scrapping for about seven year and paper before that for another seven. Looking forward to hanging out and getting to know you all!

Hi Everyone!
I just started digital scrapbooking in August. I've been lurking here and finally decided to say hi. I have looked at the gallery and WOW! You all do amazing work. I have a long way to go before I can match what you all do.
Thanks for letting me join your group and I hope to learn a lot from you.

PS I just noticed that the "r" in my username got left off or cut off (suppose to be QuietScrapper) oops!

I am new to Sweet Shoppe, I've only shopped here before, never participated.
I love your Bingo challenge and would like to participate.
I have tried to comment some LOs in the Gallery, but most of them I get no Reply-box.
I would love just to jump into the challenges, but I think that is not possible due to the rules here ;)
So I'll keep looking around for a while. Untill I find out what to do.

I'm new here at SSD, but I've loved your shoppe for some time past. I come back to Rachel's creative team after a long break, and I'm so excited to join this community, too. I've started digital scrapbooking in 2009, when I was at home with my two kids. I love art journaling, playing with blending modes, and learning new techniques.
