WOuld you have slapped her right across the face?

Well, no, I probably wouldn't have slapped her across the face, but I would have WANTED to for sure! But really, console yourself with the fact that it must be miserable to be such an awful person, because I think we can be certain that anyone who would say that to someone in the ER is indeed a bad person inside.
 
I just thought of the BEST thing....

In super sweet CHEERY voice....
"How did you know that was my name?? It's nice to meet you. . . and your name is........"

who cares that it's NOT your name. lol
