See, at first I found Wifey heinous-ish, but in the last ep, I felt myself sympathizing with her.
Of course, lying to her DH abt being pg is a horrible thing to do, but I can understand why she would if she is that fixated on becoming pg, kwim? She was trying to 'fix' it by becoming pg the old-fashioned way and she wasn't going to say anything to his parents (he's the one that blabbed that). She might very well have confessed if he hadn't backed her into a corner, as it were, by telling his parents.
Now in the trailer for the next ep, it looks like Sissy Dearest is going to be a bad influence on her, but that happens IRL, too.
I don't think School Counselor is all that irresistable, either. Sure, she's cute and Matty's biggest fan (BTDT, but not of a married guy, of course), but she's trying to get over it by faux-dating Gym Teacher. She could be throwing herself at Matty, but she isn't.
I dunno. I hope this makes sense. I guess I'm just saying that I think that particular love triangle is very true to life. Matty hasn't done anything inappropriate, and I don't think the writers will have him do so; that would definitely dampen his likeability factor. He's the teacher sponsor of the freakin' glee club for pete's sake; he can't be some adulterous bad boy.
*lol* I am way too invested in this show, eh?
