I'm not usually one to post things like this, but you guys... i'm a little freaked out tonight. If you guys could please send up some prayers or positive thoughts, I would sure appreciate it.

We're having HORRIBLE storms. Tornado sirens going off for hours and MASSIVE hail damage. We just had golf ball size hail, and several of my neighbors have lots of windows blown out, fences knocked down, cars destroyed. Everything is under water. I'm fortunate that we haven't had any major damage (that we've noticed), but I have a feeling that we're going to need a new roof.

The next wave is supposed to hit in the next few minutes here. Marti just had to leave for work (stupid night shift), so I'm concerned for his safety.

Thanks for listening guys. I'm gonna go snuggle with my kid and try to ride this out.

We're getting the North end of your guys' weather and are supposed to get the severe stuff tomorrow.
You know that I'm sending you positive vibes...I went through this in Jan.

That's scary, Libby! I'll keep you in my thoughts and I hope you come through this okay. I'll never forget the huge windstorms here. Weather and storms rarely scare me, but I was petrified that night. If there'd been golf ball size hail along with it, I don't know what I would have done.
 
Oh so scary! I feel for you!

We had some bad hail and storms about this time last year and my hubby wasn't home. It was terrifying--but we didn't have the sirens (I don't think). Apparently where he was there were small tornados!
 
I have been there and it is scary...We may get some of your weather soon too :( I hope all is well with everything...please let us know that everyone is ok soon {{{{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}}}
 
I hope things settle down soon for you Libby. It must be super scary. Will pray for your safety and a quick end to the storm - sounds like Mansy might need the same thoughts if its headed her way - keep safe both of you K!!

I know how you feel! We get bad tornadoes here in TN and it is so scary - especially when you have little ones to keep safe. You're in my thoughts and prayers!
 
Gosh Libby you poor thing :( I can't imagine how terrifying it must be having storms like that. Luckily we don't experience things like that in my neck of the woods. Anyhoo I REALLY hope that you and your family are safe.

Libby I hope everything went okay last night. we are supposed to get that stuff by Saturday and I am really hoping it weakens by then. Update us and let us know you're okay :)
 
I hope you got some sleep last night. I hate storms. Let us know you're alright. They're coming our way today.
 
Hey guys.

Well, we lost power for a while last night. Schools are closed today. Streets are closed (flooding). It's just a bad deal. And it's STILL storming with more tornados heading this way later this morning.

I'm off to work now (driving SLOWLY) and Kendra's going to have to go with me. Thankfully, it's my short day, so I get off at noon.

Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers. This is NOT fun.

I hope you didn't get too much damage, Libby - we had an arm of it move through here this morning at about 4am..so we're waiting for daylight to see the extent of the damage. DH said there were TONS of trees down everywhere.

I really really hope you guys made it through with minimal damage and that everyone is safe.

I'm so sorry Libby. I'm glad you made it through ok and I'll keep thinkin of ya if the storms start up again later today.
 
aww man I hope you arrived safely to work and I'm sure well all be waiting anxiously till you get home and post!!! Big hugs for you all and I hope those storms pass quickly!!!
