Oh wow... that is awful! Poor guy! One time I had to go to the ER and behind the curtain next to me was a kid with a micomachine car in his ear :blink: They were going to have to do surgery for it. Can you imagine, a kid with a toy CAR in their ear?!

:blink: Whoa, he definitely has my nephew beat! How the heck do you cram a whole micromachine in there!?! Now that had to be painful!

My nephew came out of things just fine. They didn't end up having to do an incision, they just needed him put out so they could ease it out of there without damaging the eardrum. He ended up having one little scratch on his eardrum that was nothing, just no swimming for a week or so to make sure it didn't get infected.

The things kids manage, hmm!? My hubby had to go to emergency as a kid to have the pistachio his sister shoved up his nose removed.
