Our store had it's holiday sampling-- all are very easy recipes, that taste amazing. I tried everything, and these were my favourites:
Festive Feta Cheese Ball
(2) 8oz packages Kraft cream cheese softened
1/2 C crumbled Kraft Feta cheese
2 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
1/4 C crumbled bacon, cooked
Outside layer--
1/4 C shredded parmesan
1/4 C Farmland crumbled bacon, cooked
1/2 tsp dill weed
Beat cream cheese until fluffy, add feta cheese, ranch mix, and 1/4 C bacon; mix well and shape into ball. Combine parmesan, 1/4 C bacon, and dill weed. Roll cheese ball in mixture. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate one hour until firm. Serve with Keebler toasted butter crackers.
Southwest Dip
2 blocks 1/3 less fat Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 can Green Giant southwestern corn, drained
1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
1 can Rotel, drained
Mix cream cheese with dressing mix until well blended; stir in drained Rotel and drained southwestern corn. Chill 1 hour and serve with tortilla chips.
Those were my two favourites, appetizer wise.
