Long story short, a week and a half ago we had to buy a new washer & dryer. I wasn't understanding the instructions for the washer, so I called customer service. They couldn't answer the question that I was reading verbatim from their manual, so they sent a technician out. Okkkkkk. I didn't have to pay $, so whatever. Now, my dryer sheet is getting stuck/jammed by where the lint goes. My worry is that a piece of clothing will be next and it will rip and be ruined. Soooo, I call customer service again. First she tells me that I can't use a dryer sheet in the dryer and I need to use fabric softener in the washing machine. Funny, but the tech told me to NEVER do that. It was the #1 thing that makes a washer smell. We went back & forth on that issue. Finally, I said, I still need the part fixed where it snags. She told me to go out and buy the part and replace it and see if that fixes it first before they send a technician out. ARE.YOU.KIDDING.ME????!!! :cursing: This dryer is a week and a half old and you want me to go buy a part for a NEW dryer! I don't think so.
Is it just me, or is that a little "stupid"?
Breath in and out Heidi ... sigh ...
