it's only 830am and I already feel like I'm going to get pukey again in this heat..

can it be bedtime already LOL let's just skip the day. Yesterday was bad.. It's going to be hotter today *Sob* :( I need to suck it up and finally get an ac this year......... lest I want to be a puddle permanently LOL
 
It is beautiful here today too, finally you guys sent some heat up here LOL. It says it's only 48, but it's warmer than that outside right now here.
 
Like Jamie said, it's only 48 here (9 celcius) but where I am it's cloudy and just stopped raining so it's not that warm.
 
I hear you LA! I just got back from my run (couch to 5k week 1 DONE!) and I am sooooo glad I went early because it's already 76 and sticky out there. It's supposed to be 95 today. Yesterday was brutal cause we were on the baseball and soccer fields all day. Today I was gonna do yard work but it's too hot! I'm staying right here in the AC and scrapping!
 
the heat index already hit 90 :D :D I'm sure it's goign to be another 100+ day. I'm kinda bummed.. I'm supposed to do my 6-8 mile walk tomorrow with my aunt.. and unless we go at like.. 6 am or 8pm I don't think it's going to happen :( The humidity plus they're forcasting the air quality to be @ 154 (unhealthy & ozone).. both kiddo and I have asthma :( Not going to happen.. I don't really want to be puking AND wheezing all at once :D :D :D
 
oh gosh, Lauren! I hate that for you! I'm such a weenie. My AC went out last year for a bit, and I just about died. Definitely stay inside and drink lots of water! :)
 
Oh heck yeah, ditto what Mikkel said, I live in South FL and its pretty warm down here :blink:
 
Awww, I totally feel your pain La! It's hot and humid here as well. I'm staying this morning and then headed to the pool for some relief.
 
It is supposed to be 99 today! And mega humid. We were out in the pool for about 90 minutes yesterday, but it's only 28 inches deep and 12 feet across. The boys can play in it fine but I have to sit on the bottom of it to get cool and that makes the jumping & splashing games hard on the boys. And even in the shade it is too hot to sit outside & supervise them.

Fortunatly we have a/c inside.
 
I just checked .. It's hotter here than in orlando :P LOL

we really do need an ac.. Ce is mad at me because Ib locked off all the windows with blankets LOL.. I have him stationed in the kitchen with 3 fans blowing at him :D :D He doesn't see the sacrafice I am making right now (I only have three fans :D :D :D :D)
 
lol I soo should be use to humidity.. .I have lived her my whole life, and it always gets bloody humid (why I insist on continuing to live in a costal area state is beyond me :D :D ) but oye.. my body just can't TAKE it :D :D :D :D:D
 
Yeah, it's only 10 am and it's already 88 out..it will be 100 I am sure by noon...and it doesn't look like it gets below that until at least Tuesday...we are burning here in NC :(
 
oh lauren *hugs* I hate the heat, makes me pukey too.. call me crazy but I'd much rather it be freezing cold (and i mean FREEZING cold) than it to be hot.. I honestly think I would die if I lived where temps are always over 90.
 
Oh yeah it is hot!! What I hate most is the humidity! We already have our ac on. I went a week without it and couldn't go anymore. LOL
 
Its supposed to be 91 and humid here today and I think 98 tomorrow.. Oy vey!

Luckily today I think we are going to my moms to go in her pool

where are you mimi ? I just saw that we're in a giant severe thunderstorm watch box.. so maaaaaybe just maybe that rain is coming th is way :)
 
We spend the whole summer high 90's and humid but it doesn't usually start so soon. Normally it is the end of June when the heat & humidity get to be too much.

ok K, I'll remember that when you are complaining it's yucky cold, miserable, and we are buried in snow. lol

We are forecasted to hit a high of 55 today, and not supposed to be above the 50s until at least Saturday now. And rain, upon rain, upon rain. Ugh!
 
I am so ready to start complaining about the heat. Wondering if and when it is ever coming. We had such a long cold snowy winter and now it's so cold and rainy. Last year this time we had had the pool out for some time. This year we haven't even taken it out of storage yet. :(
 
It might as well be 90 here. With the humidty it feels like 94 out there. I haven't stuck my head outside today, I'm staying put, watching the nascar race and playing on the pc in my lovely air conditioning,lol.
I'd say summer is here :blink: . When it's cold out at least you can put on more layers; there's nothing you can get past naked if it's too hot :P
 
Its in the mid 90s here and the humidity is so high it is practically raining. Wouldn't be so bad without the humidity!
