OMG I know! It's been 100+ here all weekend. Thankfully when I checked the weather for the next 10 days it's supposed to "cool" off to a balmy 88, lol. We have a camping trip planned two weeks from now and I am worried if it gets too hot and stays hot, dh won't go

OK - so I live in Va - near Norfolk and yesterday we broke a record - 101 (heat index 106) and today my girlfriend who does weather said the heat index is suposto get to 124 - How crazy is that!!!!!!!!!!

It's just as disgusting up near Baltimore. I HATE this. At least when I'm cold I can add layers, you can only go so far when it's hot out!

I already posted somewhere else about how disgusting it is here. Not even noon and the heat index is 104.
Day before yesterday we had a trash bag of some kinda junk on the deck (we just moved so hence, unknown junk LOL) and the bag started melting. There were holes in it - crazy!
Lauren, come down here. You'll sweat more but you can come sit in the ac with me and I'll fill you up with over sweetened tea and talk your ears off. Heeeheee

NC is terrible this time of year. I don't know how you Florida girls stand it. And Manda, I swear Georgia is the most sticky humid place I have ever been. Worse than florida IMO.

Even though it's seriously muggy out right now, I'll take our 71.6° (H.I. of 77°)! After having lived on the East Coast (Maryland & New Jersey) for 27 years, then almost 2 years each in Texas and Florida...I'll take Wisconsin's version of summer any day!!
