So, I have a wee bit of an obsession with shaped albums(chipboard and acrylic). I have a ton of them that I bought on clearance at various scrapbooking stores and haven't used.
In the past, I've always been able to find digital templates that worked very closely with the shapes I have and used them to get a rough shape, but I've never been happy with how everything has fit. Now I'm wanting to work on some of the odd shaped albums, but I'm not sure how to go about creating good templates for them.
Would you trace them on paper and then scan it? Scan the actual chipboard pages and create a template for them? What about the acrylics??
And then adhering...what do you recommend for adhering the printed pages to chipboard? to acrylic? I really hate mod podge, I always end up with nasty film when I use it it seems, so I'd prefer something else. I'm making the road trip to hobby lobby next week for my birthday and can pick up real adhesive if I need to get something beyond what I already have as well.
