Flab Redux Day 11

I did 30 minutes of run/walk intervals and 15 on the elliptical. Then I had an hour session with my personal trainer who proceeded to kick my butt. At one point I felt so light headed, I thought I was going to pass out. So, I told her I needed a break. So, she had me sit and do hamstring curls. UGH! But I feel good and am glad I did it.
 
Susan, that is awesome! You are so lucky to have a personal trainer....they can push you beyond limits you can never reach on your own. You go girl! :thumbup:
 
I did Jillian's 30 Day Shred on Level 2, but I couldn't do anything else, I had to go back to the doctor for this stupid sinus/throat infection. I'm on round 2 of antibiotics to try to kill it. I need to run desperately, but the weather is horrid.
 
I'm slacking SO BAD lately, it's absurd. I just can't seem to get the motivation to get going again.....

I'm in the field all day tomorrow, so that's not gonna happen. Maybe saturday morning before we go to a family party. If not, I MUST do something on sunday......
 
I did 4 flights of stairs, up and down, 8 box jumps and 10 shoulder presses, 6 sets in 15 minutes.
 
So far just playing ball with the kids. I'm hoping to fit in a dance video or strength training when they're asleep.
