Good point! I was at a retreat with all the area secretaries. The women closest to my age was probably twenty years older than me and most of them were a good thirty years older. Needless to say, I felt a little out of place when they were talking about hotflashes and their grandchildren. Lol. They weren't even texting on their cell phones. It was weird.
My husband and I were set up by our two best friends. They have been dating for three and a half years. Well, in the last week their relationship has completely fallen apart. Needless to say, we feel caught between them. Well, my best friend's ex boyfriend just called me crying. It's no fun at all.

...and again, I'll ::never:: know about the gigantic bumps, haha... it's never happening for me, I'm the exact same as I was in High School (I wish I could say the same for my weight, um, that weight will ::never:: happen again, lol).

We were back in 2010 for a funeral, and in 2009 for 3 weeks. We're overdue for a visit home. I might go back this winter for a few weeks while my husband is deployed and I would love to do lunch.

why do I do this to myself? I thought it would be nice to have straight hair for the weekend, so I spent 40 minutes last night blow drying my hair and getting it as straight as possible. Now I get to spend another 40 minutes this morning actually flat ironing my hair....
on another note, I don't have nearly enough scrapping time this weekend, le sigh. I have to finish all my work for next week since I am on vacation then.

I should care more about what I do with my hair, but I just don't :/
I brush it and throw it in a pony most days. My hair is stick straight and so thick that it doesn't hold curl for more than 5 minutes, so what's the point in even bothering?

Mine is super super curly, so I have to at least do a little bit wiht it every day. The only reason I am even bothering this weekend is because we're going to a huge festival here today with some friends and pictures will be taken, lol

I have naturally curly hair, too! I think yours is prolly more curly then mine. Mine doesn't really frizz, but it's still difficult to style sometimes, lol. It definitely has a mind of it's own, lol. My hair is thinner (common in blondes) so I never straighten it. Although, I do think I want to straighten it for Halloween!

Do you know Susie Roberts? She's an amazing scrapper! I know she lives on St. Huberts Island, but I'm not sure what state that is. Have you heard of where she lives? (I fully haven't before I met her, lol).

To give you an idea of how curly my hair is, when straight it sits a few inches below my shoulders, when curly, it barely hits my chin...yeah, I look like a poodle if I don't do anything, lol!
I have super fine hair, but massive quantities of it, which makes it even more fun to style...

Heather, I've so been there. I'm not good with saving in PS. I don't know why!! If I'm doing a text document, I never have a problem remembering to save. But in PS, I hardly ever do...well, I'm getting better. After my DD inadvertently closed a page I was almost finished with...3 times. Doh!

I've got faith in you!! I've been scrapping all morning... even though I have a ton to do today. I'm up to 16 portfolio points though! Now it's time to go make a big dinner for the harvest crew. I've also got a Senior session tonight! And so many pictures to edit! But I just want to scrapbook.
They do look like a ton of work, but they will be amazing!
