what's your story..

I played volleyball my Freshman and Sophomore year in HS but wasnt very good and was only put in the game to serve. :( But I played varsity soccer all 4 years in high school- soccer was my favorite sport!
 
I got keys from 3 different continents on my key ring! All are mine, used them all at some point!
That interesting enough for ya, La?
 
Ooh, I thought of something lol I used to play field hockey back in the day... and believe it or not, I was the one you had to watch out for
 
My mom's best friend is Faith Hill's first cousin...and I used to work with her brother when I was teaching and I taught her niece...it was surreal when she'd talk about "Aunt Faith and Uncle Tim" :)
 
keeep em coming :] some of these are fascinating.. in the what the why way.. like..... what possesssed you to eat guinea pig... LOL this horrfies me ^_^ it's like eating puppy dog. hahah
 
I was among the first 6 short track runners in Czech Republic. :)
When mowing the lawn, I am not sure who is the boss here - the mower or me? Same with the sewing machine.
 
i majored in music performance...and my main instrument is the bassoon. 1/2 the people i tell that to have NO idea what a bassoon even is.

lol, yes mostly used games, some new, and systems.

I grew up hot air ballooning. Both of my parents were pilots so every weekend, holiday, weather permitting, we'd be up at the butt crack of dawn to fly. We did a lot of traveling to fly in rallies etc. I think it broke their hearts when I let my student pilot license lapse :P They both gave it up about ten years ago but it was a huge part of my life growing up.
 
My cabbage patch kid almost killed me.

Seriously. I had a water bed and the doll slipped under the bed and got caught in the heater. She melted the plastic because she caught on fire, and water started dripping into the electrical system. I was being electrocuted to death, and my mom heard me whimpering and came to save me.

Do you get some of the Nintendo type toys and plush stuff? Posters? etc.?

This is such a cool thread!!!! I am loving reading all about everyone!

I think I have shared all about myself on the forums because I am an open book. I don't know if it is interesting or not........I am a preacher's kid, I have 6 kids (4 adopted, 2 step daughter ranging in age from 20 to 5 years old), I have 2 grand daughters (a 1 year old and a 6 month old) and I am only 33 years old. Our family get togethers get some strange looks. :) That is about as interesting as it gets. Man, I need to go do something exciting so I will have a better answer next time! LOL

Well, PM me too...my consultant isn't really doing Scentsy much anymore...and I am halfway through my pack of Honey Pear Cider! I have a few fall-type packs...but srsly could use Honey Pear yearound and be happy (which is odd because I do not like honey or pears LOL)
 
i've never cut grass before because i'm allergic....

i've always had an anxiety disorder, but it's MUCH worse since a car accident in 2006, mainly with driving.

car accident mentioned above happened when i was 6wks pregnant with my 2nd son...pregnant and on crutches with a broken pelvis...fantastic ;)
 
jac- do you have to research and go over directions a million times before you drive to a new place? i will NOT drive in the city AT ALL (chicago)

It's definitely scary to think about, but I don't remember much (since I was asleep and all...) I just remember my mom waking me up and the panic that ensued, and I also remember when the company came and replaced the bed... I saved the frame for quite some time, but they gave me a non-water bed mattress, and now I'm terrified of water beds and never ever ever ever want one again.
 
I know, most of you with think this is so boring. However, I love music. I play the piano, flute and my favorite instrument, the violin. I hope to audition for a local symphony in a year or two. If I didn't love music so much I would probably scrap all the time!
 
Ummm...I'm not really that interesting....I'm 26 and I just learned to swim this summer. Oh and some people think its weird that I'm afraid of birds.
