I restarted this on monday, and I actually have a weekend "off" this week (aka no traveling) so I'm hoping that'll keep me honest to stick with it. This first time I started I only got 4 days in before we went away for a 3 day weekend, and then good ol' Aunt Flow showed up and I was just NOT into it. This time, I'm determined to power through. But, I've got a wedding dress to fit into as motivation (it fits just fine, but I wanna look HAWT in it, LOL!).
It's intense, but I love it. I want to punch Jillian in the face (which is awesome when you're actually doing punches, I just aim for her head on the tv

) but it's worth it. You will be REALLY sore the first few days or so. And by the end of the 20 minutes, you're gonna be swear at the tv and want to give up. But I swear to goodness, by day 4 I wasn't huffing and puffing anywhere near as much as I did on days 1 and 2. It's amazing. I'm sure it's all in my head (cuz, I've only done it twice now this week, lol, so I haven't lost any weight yet) but I swear, I feel less jiggly already!
I like it because no matter what I have going on for the day, there's really no excuse to not workout for 20-25 minutes. I feel like I get a good enough strength workout from it for now (you use hand weights - if you have none use 2 water bottles, or 2 jars of spaghetti sauce or something). I'm hoping that I can stick with it and get into a groove of working out, and then I can kinda "move on" to using our bowflex and excercise bike instead.
I know Annie was doing it before (not sure if she's stuck with it with the craziness that comes with moving), and she said she lost a few inches after just 2 weeks.
