I am having the hardest time deciding what to scrap with first, and then another designer drops something gorgeous into the new release thread & makes my decision even harder.

So very exciting! From the ones I've gotten so far they have been amazing! Can't wait to see all the others!
 
i am so excited the things i have seen are awesome !! and i think it will be a layout haven this weekend with everyone posting all those awesome layouts they made

My husband planned a huge shrimp boil for Saturday afternoon, and this is how much he loves me: he apologized because this is the only weekend in May he can do it and he didn't realize it was NSD. : ) After all these years of me celebrating this holiday, Im glad he realizes how important it is. I'm going to work the guilt factor for a little extra spending money.

Kudos to him for even knowing what NSD is! My hubby is clueless.

Your husband is so good! I have to explain to my husband every single year about what it is. He's so clueless!:thumbdown:
 
Looking forward to seeing what happens here on iNSD (it'll be my first time participating here on the day). Most of Saturday falls on our Sunday, which is Mother's Day in Australia. I've already scheduled a lie-in on that morning, bonus points to getting to scrap from my laptop in bed then. :D
 
Yeah, I won't be here till Sunday afternoon so I'll have to catch up as much as is possible. NSD wasn't MOther's Day weekend last year. When was it and why did it move?
 
i thought it always is officele on saterday but most of the times stores make it a whole weekend full of fun
 
{i}NSD is always the first Saturday in May. It's on Mothers' Day weekend this year since May started on a Sunday. Otherwise it wouldn't be, Val. :)

Really? Hmm... weird. Cause I could SWEAR I played along last year, but that was the weekend Johnny was in the hospital. So I couldn't have. Gosh, I've totally lost track of the years!
 
My hubs never really gets it when I say I need to be online for scrap stuff, he sort of looks at me vaguely....but I always remind him....no big meals, only simple stuff, little or no errands will be run and I will be disappearing into my office with my computer for a large part of the weekend. Since it's Mother's Day on Sunday, I will be busy with family stuff in the afternoon/evening but that still leaves me quite a bit of "me" time over the weekend.
 
Welllll, I know what I have seen so far....I can't wait to see the rest and I dread having to explain that expense to my hubby (like he really cares...but....). Looking forward to this weekend, it is the first NSD in a while that I haven't been feeling absolutely terrible!!! :)
 
I've got my son's bday on the 7th (official NSD) and then Mother's Day is Sunday and we've got family coming in from out of town.....

I'm feeling like I'm gonna be dropping the ball on being a mom/host/wife and spending time NSD'ing it up!!! ROFL
 
I know that a couple of activities/games/what-have-you don't end until Monday night, Val. Maybe that's how you played along last year?!
 
I have made FIVE pages this week with the new goodies... and there is still more on the way!
