Your husband and your hair.

HAHA! This is my husband, too. He says, "I don't care what you do with it as long as I don't have to hear about it."

So I cut it off and cried in secret.

Haha! Yes, same here. Secret crying sessions happened after every extreme hair cut...and by extreme, I mean more than a inch or 2 lol

I always take dh's preference in to account. He does not want me to cut it and so I don't... but I am pretty old fashioned in the relationship area and roles and things like that, so for me if he doesn't want it cut I have no problem not cutting it and making him happy.

This is me too, I know it's MY hair but I want to be appealing to him and he won't do things I don't like either when it comes to his appearance to be appealing to me. I like a clean cut man and he has never done anything otherwise. I did cut my hair once about 14 years ago and he said nothing until I verbalized that I hated it. Then he spoke up and said never to cut my hair short again. I hated it short, because I have insanely curly hair and it honestly does look better shoulder length or longer. If I vary 6 inches or so on length he would never say anything as long as it's "long". He never cares what color I dye it either, he actually does the dye job for me.

...My husband cuts my hair, but he does what I ask (I just tell him how many curls to cut off and then we fix up the layers as necessary). Then again, I'll never dye my hair, and I'm not a huge fan of how I look with short hair (I always feel like Jo in Little Women). In fact, he was the first guy I met who preferred my hair curly to straight, so I married him up right away because it saves me so much time and energy to just wear it the way it comes out of my head.

My husband also prefers my hair curly too! Whew! LOL

I have had almost everything, and my hubby has always been sweet about it. He prefers long hair, but is understanding that I have some pretty major hair issues. So he doesn't pressure me or make me feel bad, but he will remind me how he feels. He tells me I am beautiful no matter the style, of course. I really do care what he thinks, because I love and respect him, so if he likes it longer I keep it that way (but I wasn't always like this.) I don't consider his opinion on color much as that is far easier to change.
