LOL yes I have done that one as well.
I am just totally losing my mind it seems though. I had made a lunch/play date for my son before we left on our trip. I thought it was for today. So I text the Mom and ask her if we are still on for today. And she texts me back and says we were supposed to meet yesterday I waited for an hour and you never showed....DOH!!! (I am wondering why she didn't call me though!?)

I was talking to my best friend yesterday on the phone and I told her I had to go. Well she was saying goodbye and then she says "I love you" I just busted up laughing because it was just so funny. It took her a second to realize what she said then she started laughing too. I could not resist teasing her just a little

Another quick story. The phone call I was on was with my SIL the Dr's have suspected she has MS for years now but it's never been confirmed all her tests she has had run are all iffy so next Friday she is going in for the tell all of tests the spinal tap. (keep her in your thoughts if you would gals) Anyway I told her about me looking for my cell phone while I was on it talking to her and she says "oh good now I don't feel so bad." I asked her what was her recent funny mind melt. So she tells me this story.
She was talking to a member of her church but she couldn't remember his name. She proceeds to tell him that she has been having a lot of issues with her brain and that basically its nothing but huge areas of scar tissue and that she is going in for further tests next week. So she continues talking to him but keeps calling him Scott. Finally the Guy gets pissed at her and yells at her and tells her that he is not Scott he is Mike and how on Earth could she be so dumb as to keep calling him by the wrong name. This is when my SIL says I am going to hang up the phone now so that you can go yell at some blind kids and people in wheel chairs.
Needless to say she hung up and later on he called back appologizing to her. I just thought her witty comments to him for not understanding her disablity where hillarious!

You are talking on your cell phone, get out of the car, walk away from your car, and go back to your car to look for your cell phone because you know you left it in there all the while you are still holding it in your hand and talking on it!!!!I must be losing it.

Surely you aren't serious? You mean there is an actual diagnosis that a person is crazy if they think they left their cell phone in the car while they were talking on it the whole time?

haha my best friends husband did exactly this to me a few years ago. "ok then babe, love you, bye"..........i about peed myself laughing and said "really? does Tamara know this?" hahaha. That was followed by much swearing and "oh shut up!" from him.....I still tease my best friend, saying that her husband loves me. lol. Its kind of like when you call your teacher "mum/mom" lol.

LOL yes my son calls me Mrs. so and so all the time. Most of the time he catches himself and only gets the Mrs. out before realizing he is talking to his mom.
I do that all the time right next to always leaving it my pocket and almost washing it!

I've done that on email... I'm so use to sending emails to my mom and husband and end them all... Love ya! that I did it to one of my girlfriends... so she emails back, Uhmm love ya too... yeah, I'm not a touchy feely person, so I'm sure she wondered what the heck I was on!
