1st LO without saving the TIFF file...I feel so revived and relieved to give up that extra sapce...now, getting rid of the rest of my TIFF files is another story!!1 but for now I am happy to start the new year fresh!

I'm like Vanessa, Only until I print. Not sure why though because I never go back to change anything once it's uploaded. Maybe I should delete it after upload.

Going against the crowd here. I keep them and it happened lots of times that I came back to them (for various reasons), LOL. But if you don't come back to them, it's very sensible to delete them. :-)

I never keep the PSD or TIFF files....unless I'm still working on it. Once the page is done and the JPEG is saved, its gone.

I KEEP all PSD files and so happy I have! I have reprinted some of my 1st scrapbooking albums as I wasn't happy with how they printed. Recently, went back and put them into shutterfly albums. It was difficult not to re-scrap as my style changed but I left them as they originally were. Glad I had the files to go back to!!

eep... this is something I haven't embraced yet... I have all my PSD and Tiff since I first started... Hubby has been after me to do something with them, even burn them to DVD... our 2 TB server is starting to get full... :o

I only keep my psd files until i get my pages printed, then they kit the trash!

That's how I do it, too. I've almost never had to go back to one, but I'm not much of a risk taker and like knowing they're there until I'm sure I don't need them.

I keep all of my TIFF files and just put them on my EHD. I also save them to my monthly DVDs. I've gone back to them several times. Sometimes I swap out photos or turn them into a template. I made a wedding album for my friend and now that my BIL has gotten married, I can reuse those pages with new photos without having to start from scratch.

I have to admit that I do like saving my DD TIFF files, P365 Tiff files and any type of vacation TIFF files (beach, cruise, wedding, Disney) because I do go back to those and swap out photos, pull elements from them or just change them around and make a new page, but I think for my everyday, just family/me pages I am only going to start keeping the jpegs :)

Good for you, Angie!
I wish I could bring myself to that... I keep them all. The reason is probably the same why, after 6 years of being an exclusively digital scrapper, I still have all of my paper supplies, lol. I just might need them again! To be honest, I have gone back to a couple of my tiff files so it's not a complete waste. But I can imagine it feels liberating to get rid of them :)

I ditched the first couple of years worth but still have 2011 and 2012 in PSD format. It did feel good to dump them. After the first few seconds of stomach clenching fear...

I really need to start printing my pages AND purging the TIFF/PSD files. And I just recently started saving my files to high res jpegs after I finished the LO. Not sure why I never did that to begin with.

This :) I've gone back for a number of reasons. I'm too OCD about being able to go back, lol - I'd never be able to delete them, lol. They are, however, only on my EHD. So I don't have back-ups of them :)
