What are your favorite low point snacks? I work overnights, so I tend to just eat a couple of snacks and no meals, but I hate to waste a whole meals worth of points on snacks. We have no stove or oven, just a microwave to use, but I often sit in my truck all night and would prefer not to have to go somewhere to make something.
 
I have a really awesome recipe for Blueberry Bran Muffins that are supposedly only 1 pt each. I don't do WW so I can't verify if thats 100% accurate, but I got the recipe from someone who had been doing WW in the past.

I'm off to have a bath, but I'll post the recipe when I get back!
 
I have just discovered vitalicious muffin tops... Oh my... wish I found these a lot sooner... each one is 100 calories and between 8-10g of fiber. If you sign up for their emails, you can get some great deals, they are a bit expensive...

Othewise, I do like taking a piece of lowfat string cheese, cutting it into thin disks, placing them on parchment paper and microwaving for 20 second or until they are golden brown. They come crunchy, like cheese crackers.
 
I struggle with the snack aspect of it so I will definitely be watching this thread. Right now my snack option is popcorn or a tomato sliced up with salt and pepper.
 
I like combining stuff with protein and fibre, so I feel fuller -- so a fat-free yogurt with a cup of grapes, or whole-wheat crackers with fat-free cream cheese.
 
1-2 pt cheese sticks are yummy
Jolly Time light popcorn - it keeps me full for a long time and is tasty too.

Rice cakes (there are some real yummy ones now)
Any 100 pt snacks
Slim fast makes some really good bars; one thats like a snickers and one like butterfinger
90 cal rice krispie treats
Yogurt
Laughing cow cheese with crackers
Fiber One bars - these are really good and FILLING!
Cereals to snack on - Kashi has a lot of good ones. I like Go Lean Crunch with a bit of cinnamon sprinkled on it to snack on, dry
Cracker Jacks
 
i also like to mix a protein w/ a carb ...

- string cheese w/ piece of fruit
- rice cake w/ tbsp of peanut butter
- cottage cheese w/ fruit & all bran
- veggies w/ hummus
- carrot and celery w/ peanut butter
- apple w/ peanut butter
- corn or lo-carb tortilla spread w/ some fat-free refried beans w/ lettuce & salsa (can sprinkle cheese on too)

that's all i can think of right now ...i try to get 3 - 4 pts for most of my snacks ...

Yes! The nutritionist told me to never eat a carb alone, always put it with protein so your blood sugar doesn't spike. It's working quite well.

I do a modified version of WW.
Skinny Cow, Skinny Cow, and more Skinny Cow ;)
orange and handful of nuts
apple and peanut butter
put mozarella and a lot of spinach on a corn tortilla and throw it in the toaster.

That sounds awesome, but I don't have a toaster oven! Oh, wait, we have a pizza oven at work. I am going to have to do that for sure! Add some salsa on top. Yummy.

I need to get more skinny cow, haven't done that much, not sure why as I love cheese.

The cheese 'crackers' sound good, too!

No, they don't thanks for asking though! I have actually always wondered why they didn't. I do highly recommend the online version. Its so easy!
