I picked a package of these up at Wal-mart the other day and wasn't really expecting them to taste very good b/c you know how frozen stuff goes..but these are really yummy! They are raw frozen chicken breasts already stuffed and all you do is take them from the package and cook them at 400 for about 30 minutes. I was really surprised at how tasty they are. They have several differently varieties..I'm going to try the spinach/artichoke next :)

DH and I were looking at these friday night at Wal-mart! We might try them for the nights when I can't get home in time to cook dinner before he has to go to work. Good to know they're tasty!

Ooh those do look yummy!

You make it from scratch? Share.recipe.pretty.please. :)

Mine are different, but yummo...

You need:
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- black forest ham sliced
- swiss cheese cut into slices
- corn flake crumbs crushed to smithereens with a bit of dried oregano or parsley mixed in, placed in a bowl
- buttermilk or milk, placed in another bowl
- toothpicks
- cookie sheet covered in foil, with a wire rack, for easy cleanup

Here's what I do:
- preheat the oven to 375F

- Take 4 boneless chicken breasts, bigger is better :p

- Put down a piece of wax paper, put 1 piece on, then put a piece of wax paper on top. Beat the hell out of the chicken until it's nice and flat LOL. You can use a special kitchen mallot if you want, but I use the bottom of a wide glass, cause I don't have one.

- repeat for other 3 chicken breasts

- in a bowl place buttermilk, or I just use skim milk

- one at a time, place chicken breasts down flat and layer with a piece or two of already sliced black forest ham, and a piece of swiss cheese. Roll up said chicken breast and secure with 3 or so toothpicks

- repeat for other 3

- dip each rolled up chicken breast into the buttermilk or milk

- dip each into the milk first, then into the cornflake crumb mixture

Lay chicky on a cookie sheet as described above

Bake for around 45 min or so. Sometimes less, sometimes more, depends on the thickness of your chicken.

Thank you so much for sharing! This sounds delicious!!!

oh, yummy, THANK you for sharing, Jaime! you're now starring next to Paula and Julie in my recipe folder :).

and umm, can you tell Ben-o in your avi to uh, take it easy on me? he's making me all antsy, and I didn't do nuthin', honest!

It creeps me out to eat things stuffed into meat (that's not natural! that ain't right!), but otherwise, I'd be all over these. :)
