Have you guys TRIED Bree's hybrid workshops??? I LOVE them. Even if you've never paper scrapped or tried an altered project, she provides step by step instructions that makes it SO very easy to do.

I just made her explosion box. There were just enough spots that I could make it a "year in review" box!

I used Hello Sunshine by Traci & Kristin throughout the whole thing to keep it uniform.

Just had to share! I love the way it turned out! (You can check my gallery for full credits)

oh I was curious about the explosion box. That looks AWESOME, Libby!
Does the workshop includes templates for all the layouts?

Full instructions and templates are included. Absolutely no thinking!

Layouts just go on 1 side of the paper, but in Bree's samples she printed patterned paper to go on the back sides (and outside of the box). I liked the look of the plain black cardstock though.

Really, the only thing you need to do this project is 4 sheets of 12x12 cardstock, some adhesive, various digi supplies, and this workshop. You just print your pages off, trim them up, and attach them to the cardstock (which is folded into the box).

LIBBY, OMG...I just saw this in another gallery and was trying to find you online to tell you how AWESOME you are, lol! You always blow me away with your versions of my projects, lol! :)

wow looks amazing Libby!!

I wanna try it I'm thinking of maybe making it with 08 LOs so far for grandmas for mother's day hehe they will love it!

Libby, it looks great! I bought the kit but haven't had a chance to tackle it yet. Can't wait now that I see how fabulous yours turned out!

I am so in awe of your hybrid projects! It looks like you take such care in getting them just perfect! Love this one!

Thanks so much everyone!! This project makes me smile. :) I forgot to mention that this is pretty small. The whole box measures about 4x4" or so.

Libby it looks AWESOME! I've been stuck trying to figure out how I want to make mine (what kits, what photos, etc etc, you know how it goes, lol).

Wow!! So beautiful, Libby! It always amazes me how LOs and posted hybrid projects get me to buy things! LOL. Off to buy this ;-) You're such an enabler!

omg LOVE the black ... I haven't had a chance to do it, printed the directions (was the lid hard?)... and LOVE the black for the outside... might have to try that also....

and nice to see that it is only 4x4... like I said read the directions, but didn't really pay attention to how big it was... perfect for the entry way table, or side table in the living room! teacher gifts w/ all the students!!! =)

can't wait to see more and get mine started!!!

Thanks so much everyone!!

Kim, nope, the lid was easy. I was nervous about it though! LOL! I just followed the instructions and used a pencil/ruler to draw out my cut/fold lines based on Bree's template. MUCH simpler than I thought it was going to be!

Oh I love how yours came out Libby!!! I did one too for Mom for Christmas and just finished posting it. Thank you Bree - it was a hit and I have tons of requests from aunts and uncles and other relatives for one! Here is how mine came out:
