I am a very lucky girlie as I am hybrid CT for the Sugarbabes here at Sweet Shoppe, also Kay Miller, Kate Hadfield, The LilyPad, Funky Playground, Angel Hartline, Prima Hybrid and Bella Scraps Magazine and I freelance for Scrapbook Inspirations and You Can Craft magazines over here in the UK. I just recently resigned from The DigiChick, Jacque Larsen and Shabby Pickle Designs because I've been getting over being poorly.

well i have the two jobs that I FIRST said would be my absolute dreams: Kay Miller and a Sugar Babe so that's all I really want to take on. I let a few others go and scaled back some so I could throw my heart into those two.

Ok, I'm still learning so indulge me for a minute. I was actually just thinking about this the other day when I was looking at the "team" page. So...there are SSB Designers who do all the designing of the kits and elements and papers and alphas and fonts right? And then, the creative team takes those designs and makes lo's for them with their own pictures to put up when the designs hit the market? Is that about how it goes? And what's the difference between the creative team and the SB's? And what does being a "guest" mean? You just create some LO's occasionally for a designer for a special occasion?
 
traci reed (she is my first and true love :wub:) took me in first like the little orphan i was, then (manda)bean took pity on me- boy was i in for a surprise :D, then I found myself at the mercy of julie billingsley- she too is a sucker for big brown eyes, after that word spread like wild fire that i was super-skilled (lol) so La (Grier) asked me to play with her. now, i am loving all my warm and fuzzy teams along with having the most coveted and dream gig of all: site CT for The Sweet Shoppe (SugarBabe). :)

For the person that asked...

a CT member creates LOs for their designers as they come out with new products. They help promote their designs in forums, chats, blogs, etc.

a Sugar-Babe does the same thing, but for the whole SSD store. They also host challenges, do blog stuff, and promote the store whenever they can.

a guest is someone who is invited for a set period of time (usually one month) to create for that designer with whatever new products they create during that month. Not all designers do guests.

a freelancer is someone who creates for a designer on an as-needed basis. Very few designers do freelancers.

Does that clear it up at all?
