Who saw Krampus?

Ok, I KNOW it was cheesy and blah, blah, blah... but I thought it was super fun and I really think it should be a new Christmas classic. I really do! It just has that 'gotta watch it every year' feeling about it already.

Is that weird? John thinks I'm nuts, lol!

My daughters and I saw it and we are adding it to our annual holiday line up too. We thought it was really fun.

Is it super creepy or not? I am interested in seeing it when I get home to Bali, but I am not really a fan of creepy and ghost stuffs...

Good. I'll tell him I'm not the only one, lol!

I guess it depends on what you're used to. John and I hare big horror movie fans, and I almost wouldn't put it in that category because there was SO much humor in it. It could be that there were parts that weren't meant to be funny, but I thought they were. Like, toys coming to life and trying to kill you (ie. Chucky) are creepy, but they make me cringe/scream/laugh because they're so creepy that it's funny. KWIM? There was no blood or anything like that. At least none that I can think of. It's more of that 'trapped and no way out' kind of theme.

Okay... what you just told me would freak me out to the max... For me, the Christmas movie about Uncle Scrooge (I can't remember the title for the life of me!) is as creepy as it could be to watch.

LOL! Yeah, you might now like it then. The gingerbread men come to life and fling themselves at the family and try to kill them.

H.I.L.A.R.I.O.U.S!!!! :D:D:D

My and dh are wanting to see it! Of course he's way into scary/horror. I like most of it, but we've watched some really crappy b movies because of his obsession :D But really looking forward to this one!

It's not really "horror", it's more like creepy but with a good message and humor thrown in.

You could not pay me enough money to see this movie and ESPECIALLY after your description of gingerbread men coming to life and killing people!!!

:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

Hahaha that looks hilarious! Not gonna pay a movie ticket for it though, saving that money for Star Wars :)

I've kind of had my fill of horror movies for a while since we just had Halloween. Christmas feels like a time for more cozy movies. I might watch it after Christmas as I normally like scary (and not gory) movies and my daughter really wants to see it.

I probably wouldn't have gone if I hadn't seen a preview for it when we went to Mockingjay. Also, my BFF was begging me to meet her new boyfriend who is very shy and she thought a movie would be a non-confrontational way for us to meet. LOL!

My oldest wants to see this, but I told her she has to wait until her daddy gets home. At that point, we'll just wait until the movie comes out on DVD and rent it from Redbox so we can all see it. I do not like horror of any kind, but I kind of want to see this movie.

My brother wants to see it. He likes horror flicks. I'm not much in to them and my husband and kids aren't either. We might watch it once it hits Netflix or something like that, but I doubt we will before then.
