ME! Me! ME!!

I'm not becuase we just took our first swim of the season this afternoon! It was blazing hot when I went out to pick up Katie from school today so I told her and Andy if they were good while Emmie had her speech therapy session that we'd go for a dip - well they were angelic so I had to live up to my promise and it was absolutely AWESOME!!

OMGOSH I'm so excited summer is here and we can finally get back out in our little oasis everyday again!

LOL!! I haven't been here since Friday night and when I just looked into the forum right now that was that first thing I saw!!! Yay, for you all!

Unfortunately, I am wearing pants because it was a little chilly in NJ today.... boooo to chilly weather in May!
 
I'm soo jealous!! You know.. did you ever post a finished picture of your pool on your um "blog" (hahahahahaha).. i think that was one of your last posts.. i want to see the finished product!
 
I have shorts on.........too cold to swim here still!!! I hope it happens soon, I can't take much more of this hot/cold weather!!!
 
Well Im in my jammies today because rainy season had just begun in my side of the world (bleh). We just packed our inflatable big pool from the yard as well. My kids are sulking! Have fun Robin!!!!
 
I am so jealous! I want a pool! We decided our next house has to have a pool or a nice community one that's close to the house!
 
oh you're oasis looks fabulous! I will have to settle for the pool that is a couple blocks away (and that I've never been to in the eight years we have lived here. but maybe this will be the year . . . )

Oh lucky you!!! It's chilly here today and I'm missing the warmer weather... what is this 50-60 degree stuff? LOL!

It's only in the 50s here right now, so if I wasn't wearing pants, well then I don't know. ;)
 
the sad thing is as i am reading over this i realized that i am still wearing my work clothes... and i have been home since 2! i really must go get comfy!
 
high hit over 80 today woot!!

We don't have a pool this summer (had one at our old house) but I bought a membership to the county pools (there's 7) maybe next year we can manage a pool at this house....I think I'm gonna miss not having one. I'm not a huge fan of public pools

It was 108 today!! WHOA!!! I wish we had a pool but we don't. We are going to go swiming tomorrow at a friends house though! WooHoo!!!!
 
we have been in the pool twice already!! I am SO stripping down in a few minutes because I am SO hot from Anthony's tee-ball game. Thank goodness Wed is the last game.
 
You are a BRAT!! ;) I actually have pics of your pool bookmarked for whenever we can actually get one. Until then, I just dream!!

And I am most definitely wearing pants right now. I have 20 more pages to finish before I order my shutterfly book on Saturday, and going pants-less invites trouble from dh, if you kwim!
 
I am right there with you Robin. I pulled out the slip and slide and kiddie pool this afternoon for my kids and we went to the community pool on Saturday.

And I totally know what you mean Amber. I am so not looking forward to my son's baseball game tomorrow in 108 degree temps.
 
I'm in my sweats actually,lol. Still pretty chilly here, tho they swear it'll be warm sometime this week,lol.
 
ARE You kidding me? I'm wearing pants and a stinking sweatshirt! It's like 48 degrees here! I can't even think about swimming! Sooo jealous right now! But only about the warm weather because this body is going no where near a bathing suit anytime soon!
 
Oh how fun!!! We are supposed to really warm up this weekend and the pool on the base that we live on is opening, so we shall be pantless here too!! WOOT!!!
 
We're pantless every afternoon LOL! The boys started swim team practice 2 weeks ago, with our first meet this Saturday! Hooray for nice hot weather :D
