Confession time. Who else besides me is having a really hard time getting jumpstarted on this day after a holiday?

I can't seem to get motivated to do the work they actually pay me for. Maybe I'll just play here all day. :p
 
I'm being productive, just at all the wrong things this morning, lol.

I had an awful nights sleep and I'm a bit zombie-like this morning. Very weird nightmare woke me up at 5am and I couldn't get back to sleep.
 
Me too....I sooooooooooo need to pick up this house and put things away...clutter clutter everywhere...but I can't blame the holiday...it started when dh built that closet for me for my scrapbooks and everything in the "niche" got dumped into the family room...and things just started gathering everywhere after that. Gotta really dig in and get busy on this house!
 
I got up way earlier than normal. We are meeting Michael's kindergarten teacher today in an orientation (school starts tomorrow) and I'm just so nervous about the whole thing. I can't say I've been productive, but I'm up! lol
 
the only thing I managed to do was get up, get 2 kids ready for daycare {and get DH up :)} and make it to work...but I DO have my stuff for the gym today, so we shall see :)

I had a dr appt this am..but i'm home now and dh has gone to work and here I sit..thinking about napping when the girls do lol
 
me. the bags under my eyes are sad, really. we got zero sleep this weekend due to jillian being up for 4 hours each night. *uggghhhh*

i have no motivation & i have tons due & TO-DO today. :(

Ugh! We were out of town all weekend, and when we got home yesterday afternoon, we just unloaded the car and set it inside. Didn't really put anything away. So it's left for me to do today (lucky me, huh?!). And I'm sooooo unmotivated to do any of it. I feel like I have a list at least a few miles long of things that need to be done, but I DON'T WANNA (said in my best 4 yr. old whiney voice)!!!
 
Yeap..i managed to get outta bed...only to come and sit here and scrap...lol...oh i did feed lil miss Emilee...

i need coffee...
 
I haven't been productive in 3 weeks. :p

Miss Eliana started this fussy-crying business last Thursday where she falls into a milk coma (like she was doing before) after a feeding but then wakes back up in 15-20 minutes and then cries, cries, cries because she can't put herself back to sleep. Unfortunately, she sleeps best curled up on her stomach, so you can imagine how much fun it is to try to put her to sleep on her back in the crib at night. We go round and round for abt 2-3 hours each night until I give up and take her into the living room to sleep on my chest for a couple hours. Fun times with a newborn, yo.

However, she has let me put her down in the swing this morning and not woken immediately up, so I have actually done a load of dishes, made a batch of biscuits, put a roast on for dinner tonight, and shopped the SSD sale. :thumbup:
 
and here I am! here, here, here while I should be cleaning the house. I had a doctor appointment this morning but came home and sat down here!
 
Ugh me too! This is my day to actually get some cleaning done with both boys in school and I'm here. OH and I'm totally scatterbrained this morning too. Forgot this, ran back for that! Hate that and I got up 15 minutes early too so I could be more put together when the boys got up!

I've got a case of the Mondays (and it is Tuesday!)
 
Add me to the list! I am at work but haven't done much.....and tired and then tonight have a 3 hour Girl Scout Leader meeting...ugh. But the kids had the day off today so hoping the cleaning fairies are working a bit today. :p
