*whistles innocently*

Okay, it seems like no one is willing to venture out a guess as to the new designers, although a few of you have said you think you might know. You don't want to be wrong or you want to change your mind before the announcement. Well, I have no idea who they might be but my original list of who I wanted to apply was:
--Kay Miller
--Jady Day Studios
--Nettio
--Fiddle-dee-dee
Does anybody have intel that would include or exclude these designers? Curious minds want to know!
 
well I know Jady Day just switched stores really recently. That does not necasarily exclude her though I guess. Lizzy (Fizzy Pop Designs) just listed a store opening of April 6th which I believe is the date of the reveal here. So Im kinda thinking she may be one of them

I am not familiar with her work, where is she currently at? I actually like the thought of a few designers I don't know. :)
 
Fizzy Pop is Lizzy Reiber, and she doesn't have a shop right now. She started off here as a Sugarbabe and started selling really fab templates, but she's been homeless for a while now, much to our dismay. I'm so excited to have her back, and I totally hope she'll be here!

Jady Day Studio currently sells at SO. She's active here and, I believe, is on a CT or two (or at least she was). Her name is Yari (that's her member name too). I really adore her designs.
 
For the record both Yari (Jady Day) and Lizzy (Fizzy Pop) selling here would make me very happy. I also really would love Sara Gleason (Zinnias & Swallowtails I think), Busy Bee Designs & Crystal Livesay (Live Your Stories) were here too. And then there is Bella Gypsy too. So that would be six that I would love to see here but I doubt all are going to be (I do think at least one is though)

I would love it if Sara Gleason came here. I LOVE her stuff. But, I don't think she is. I haven't seen any clues yet.
 
yea Brook I dont think she is either but I adore both her and Crystal so that would be my wish list of who would be chosen LOL. Im not really trying to figure out who it is because I mostly shop here except for a few odds and ends from a few other stores so Id have no clue about anyone else.
 
I've been banking on Nettio, because I love love love her designs... but I'm also scared I'll be right, and also as a result of that, bankrupt. :P

I'd love to see Jady Day and Bella Gypsy. They would also probably bankrupt me, though. And Alabau (that's her username, but I cannot for the life of me think of what her actual design name is right now...). I'd love for her to come here, too.

I'm so very flattered any of you would think I'm one of the designers. :wub: I sooooo wish I was! When the call came out, I had only just started getting back into designing. I didn't have a shop and no new products in 2 years. Looking at the application, they wanted to know how much they made a month and at the time that number for me was zero. I figured my chances were zero, so I didn't even apply. I promise I'm not lying. Lol
 
I saw Mye De Leon in the member's list, and now she's not there (that I saw). So, she's one of my guesses. And I'm still banking on Studio Basic coming this way. That would be so cool!

I would LOVE to see jady day here, but I think the fact that she just switched stores so recently excludes her... I'd be happy to be wrong, though!

Mye is here, maybe she switched her username? It's "Mye". I think you're right about her being one of the new designers.

I'm also thinking that Yari is moving over. They're both aweome designers and super sweet ladies. It would be cool if Lizzy was coming over, but "Studio Lizzy Fizzy" sounds like more of a SBG name. The timing of her new store opening is just right, though.

I know I had another one last week that I was thinking but now I can't remember who it was!

I was thinking Lizzy too but now that I know about the "Studio" in her name I am wondering too if it isn't at SBG. Hmmm.....
 
LOL, I love how you guys read something into everything. Don't you know by now, we Babes never confirm or deny anything. :p

I do not have any insider information but when an established designer puts a "Studio" in front of their name, it really only means one thing in my mind.

Supposedly your avatar is a dead giveaway, and her templates are loaded with aqua-blue & white daisies. I couldn't help but guess. :confused: Hmmmm.... WHO ARE YOU!?!?! :D
 
Good one. I did not think about the colors. You are doing a lot of sleuthing! No, I don't think the cookie gives away anything about me other than my sweet tooth. It looked yummy. And I like that color. So I picked it.

I also realized you wouldn't be a template-only designer if you were offering to do a homeschooling themed kit. So, I'm officially stumped. ;)

I am totally thrilled about what Robin said in the newsletter. I'm guessing we'll see some of your yummy products but STILL won't know who you all are. And that will probably kick my sleuthing into high gear. :thumbup: Or I could just wait patiently. ;) LOL!
 
I think seeing some stuff from the designers would really help our sleuthing! Sometimes all it takes is seeing some of their designs and we'll be able to tell exactly who they are! I hope!
