What site do you go to to make the cute characters that are in your avatars and signatures? They are adorable!!

Also, just a curiosity question...

A lot of the girls have famous people pictures in their avatars. Is that part of a challenge or just something fun you do? Sometimes I have to take a double take and look closer because I'm still trying to learn names and faces

The famous people are from last month's Sweet Rewards challenge of which famous person do people say you look like. It changes monthly and is one of the last challenges each month.

The cute little characters are probably Lauren Grier's QTs that she used to sell in the store - so cute!
