Where are my Wii Active girls?

I finished my first 30 day Challenge today, in about 20ish days. I started out on easy, and changed it to medium week two, and was adding a few extra reps to the arm exercises this week. I lost 10 pounds and 2 inches off my waist! (I was doing a few extra workouts a week, either walking or a DVD, and eating a lot better as well)

I am going to start the Challenge over again on hard this week. Hopefully I can keep up with it.

That's awsome Jenn!! Keep up the good work!!

I picked up Jillian Michael's 30 day shred at Target today. Gonna pop that bad boy in in a bit and get started kicking my own butt :)

WOW! Congrats on the weight loss! I just picked up Wii active yesterday and I'm starting the 30 day challenge tomorrow!!

well... i suck! I started it last week but only did through day 3 and this last week I was getting home so late and am just now getting on board again.

congrats on the challenge!!! good luck on this next time around :)

I am doing it!

I am about halfway on my first month. I missed a few days this week but hope to still finish it within 30 days.

Congrats, Jenn! :) I showed DH the Active and he thinks it's really cool...a friend of mine asked if we had it (I think if we get it, she'll be out here working out with me, lol). Now to find the $65 to get it...

I've done 7 of the workouts so far - I think I'm keeping pace to finish in a month. I can already tell a difference in my arms and my legs and I'm down about 4 lbs. I wish I would have measured my arms, legs & middle before I started so I could track those measurements too. I'm doing the medium intensity level also.

Good for you for finishing it strong! You did great!!!

I just got this for my birthday last week and hope to start the 30-day challenge tomorrow. Need to get these last few pounds of baby weight to disappear!! :)

Congratulations on the weight loss and inches! I'm hoping for similar results. :)

Oh God Tracie! I hurt sooo bad the first week I did it! I found muscles I didn't remember having! LOL It does get better though, just keep at it! :)

My inlaws gave me money for my birthday & Sams' Club has it for like $51. So, I think I'm gonna go get it today. We're leaving for vacation this week, so I'll wait to start it after I get back. But, I don't want to end up spending the money on other stuff. lol

I really want to get that one too Col!

Jenn, I think that's really awesome! Keep it up!

Dude, it's SO intense Jamie! But at the same time, that's exactly what I need. And even though I want to punch Jillian Micheal's in the face, at the same time, I like her as a fitness instructor. And really, even if I work a 10 hour day at work, there's no reason why I can't spare 20 minutes every night to do this workout. That's another big bonus for me.

Annie says it's brutal, but WORTH IT, so I'm hoping to stick with it. If I can do it for a month and see some results, it might help keep me motivated to move on and do other things consistently. It takes forever for me to see results it seems like, so if I start to see them faster, it might help me stick with it.

I'm an "Active" girl!! :) I've met all my goals in the past day or so, but have a few days left on the 30 days. I had already been doing the "Shred" for the past 4-5 months and also doing other aerobic activity and running last year. I am doing the Medium level, but am going to bump it up to high when I start a new 30 day Challenge at the end of the week. I didn't see the scale move, but I've been platued (sp??) for awhile now. I have had a few people mention that I look like I've lost weight, so I think I've firmed up a little more.

You are probably toning up instead of losing pounds. Did you take measurements at all? I have found them really motivating when I don't see the scale move, but I have the numbers to prove I am making progress.
