Where are all the Brits??????

Ok, so i know there arent many Brits on here but bloody hell.......... the chicks on my baby board dont even know what scrapping is, let alone digi scrapping!! What the hell do they do with their spare time??? Am i the only Brit mummy that leaves her kids watching Spongebob while i get a few pages done??????? LOL I think England is living in the dark ages!
 
I'm a brit too there are quite a few British scrappers, off the top of my head um Kate Hadfield, Kirsty Wiseman, there's a thread at DST hang on will find it for you. Hugs Crystal xx
 
lol..funny you asked, cause my brit girlfriend who just moved to the states is very crafty and i asked her if she scrapbooked. she gave me this look---->:blink: and then we finished our tea. :D
 
brit speak is my fave. i'm only friends with issy (isabel) cause she has a wicked cool accent, teaches me new words and makes super yummy english blend. :p

I say all those BRIT words, and stay up ODD hours to chat with you....:D

Wellll Traci.... Thats what I would be considered I think.. given that if I use any of the words Emily has taught me with anyone else, they give me this look.. :blink: and to talk to her while she is waking up getting kiddos ready for school i stay up till the wee hours of the morning... 12am-2/3 am...

does it count that I was born there, a dual citizen of this country and England and my mother is English?? How about having a 3yo who's obsessed with having a cuppa' with breakfast on cold days and has been a tea drinker for way too long thanks to his Nana? Do I count? *lol* :p

LOL Well I don't have an accent because I am actually Canadian, but moved here almost 11 years ago. Mr. Eve and the kids have accents though! As for neato words, I do speak Danish, but not sure how many of those words you can throw into an english sentence and have people understand! Though, a lot of Danes will mix in english words like "cool", "whatever" etc. into their own language. LOL

I'm a brit :D Been digi scrapping since January but my kids sit and watch Playhouse Disney instead of Spongebob lol
