GOODNESS GRACIOUS! I'm all for actors getting into their roles but goodness this can't be healthy?!

I've seen it with christian bale too and in interviews he has admitted to how much his dieting to extremes has really messed with his body

I just read an article in People from a couple of weeks ago about this. The men who have lost extreme amounts of weight for roles. Its understandable for certain roles, but so rough on their bodies. I just wish Hollywood would use more normal sized women though. I am tired of those skeleton looking women who bounce back into (their version of in) shape about a week after giving birth.

He looks terrible, but I guess it makes sense for the role (sort of). After I watched Breaking Dawn, I immediately scoured Google to make sure some of the thinness was CGI because I was worried they'd gone way too far starving Kristen Stewart.

Watching movies I can appreciate the realism of the role when actors/actresses physically fit the part like that. I do hate seeing them go to such extremes for a role though.
