i scrap at night after my 4yr old goes to bed. i used to scrap during naptime, but that ended over a year ago. 
he goes to bed pretty early though, so i usually have plenty of time to get stuff done. (for example, normal bedtime is 7pm...last night he asked to go to bed at 6:15 -- strange child 
but i'm not complaining).
