What's going on this week, Sweet Shoppers?!

My 6yo daughter is visiting her grandparents this week so things are definitely much quieter around here. Her little brother is already missing her. :hugs:

I sure am enjoying not having to listen to her Minecraft monologues! :p
 
I'm going to try to finish my bingo card..I have 3 spots left :thumbup: ...and then I'm looking forward to the challenge being posted so I can start on that with my teammate! :D

So for me wow buzzy week , I am packing up the house in 2,5 weeks whe get the key to our new home our first familly home so excited .. Whe both the paint yesterday and it is going to be awesome i love my bedroom color ! so between packaging and doing things for the house i am scrapping and sleeping at that is it i think
 
I still got 2 challenges to do.
I usually finish around the 20 to 24th of the month, but I had a bad month with lots of bad things happening, so I lost my mojo a little.

Today was a good day though. I went shopping with 2 co-workers and had such a great time.
 
This is the kids' first week of summer break, so we've got playdates, the pool, the library, etc.

I finally put a solid state drive in my computer, so I spent the weekend getting everything set up. My computer was running so slowly that I didn't even want to scrap-it's so nice to have it working well!

Yesterday we went to one of our favorite coastal towns to hang out for the day. I work Tues through Saturday every week and until July 29th Cheyanne has physical training 3 days a week for 1.5 hours in the morning and then basketball 4 days a week for 2 hours. Tues and Thurs nights she has 2 to 3 basketball games - so not a whole lot going on outside of work and basketball :D It's been quite hot here already this summer but cool enough in the evenings to get out and walk and work in the garden.
 
I get the Minecraft monologues too from my 8 y.o. - I have no idea what he's on about most of the time but just nod my head, say yep, mmmm, ok, uh-huh at appropriate times!!

I'm home sick with a cold/flu thing.... since Saturday. Was meant to be at work today... will work from home tomorrow, and then I'm on holidays for 3 weeks!! We're going away so I need to finish packing and get 'stuff' sorted.
 
Its a busy week here too, adjusting to new surroundings. Finally getting my butt in gear to unpack today.

Phew, June has been busy for me too. I'm usually faster with the bingo scrapping but now I have one more layout for a blackout which I need to do today because I'm leaving town tomorrow and will come back on Friday. There's a children summer camp we organize from work and I must go there to take photos. It's in the mountains and I hope it's beautiful and fun. I'll be there for three days. SOoooo, when I come back, I need to work on the team challenge for the summer games.
Other than that -- I'm somehow excited because I'll be visiting London in August (never been there before, too expensive for me) and I just purchased flight tickets. I'll be traveling for work again (also a camp from school) but it's a great opportunity to visit London on the cheap. I'll be sleeping on the campus with the kids and two of my colleagues and for a fair price they offer three meals a day, accommodation and airport transfers.
 
Just packing and cleaning in preparation for our trip home to WI this week and fitting in scrapping where I can! :)
 
Hi all, been lurking on and off for a couple of months in envy because I still haven't been able to scrap anything.
Have been full on though with homeschooling and stuff.
Getting a computer in a couple of weeks and starting to get antsy to have it now! FYI for Erica Zane and Shawna Clingerman (aka the stapms lady) :: your kits are driving me crazy at the moment as they are touching some very tender spots within me.... Assuming all things go well between now and then, I am looking forward to sharing some layouts in a few weeks. xoxox
