What's for supper?

no idea.. Jeff is working. Probably nachos. I have nacho issues. LOL And yes, I feed my children chips and melted cheese and call it dinner. :P

Something quick as we have to go over to my mom's new place to paper her floor for the movers. Last night's was quick though - Basil Chicken Salad - and super yummy and healthy. Maybe I'll make Sweet & Sour Pork or Mongolian Beef tonight - should take about 25 minutes since I'm not using instant rice.

Oh I do too! Nachos is a regular meal in our house...it's one of the few that the girls will actually eat a good amount of.

Yes you do - Can I just call you Martha - :)
(I personally go for the ramen soup and PB&J Classic myself)!!!!!!!

We're having chef salad tonight. It's kind of warm here and I don't wanna cook plus - it sounds so refreshing. LOL

Older boys have t ball from 5:30 to 6:30, then as soon as DH is back with them I have to run to church for a VBS planning meeting at 7....so the kids are all getting PBJ lol (except Sam of course...he'll be having peas and baby oatmeal).

My husband...um no idea what he's eating lol.

well so far I have rice and edamame. i guess perhaps we can eat the leftovers from lunch yesterday.

Chuck E. Cheese. Bleh! Tomorrow is JP's half-birthday, and since he's not usually here for his actual birthday, we celebrate at CEC (or another restaurant of his choice, he's limited it to CEC so far. ). Fortunately, no half-birthday parties after this one since he's now living here full-time.

i have a girlfriend who had always celebrated her kiddos half-birthdays!! they are now like 19 and 21 and they still really look forward to her amazingly delicious homemade half cakes!!

No idea here (it is 5:15 so I should really be figuring it out soon lol) but everyone else's dinners sound yummy!!

I'm REALLY craving spaghetti & meat sauce...but we have no ground beef in the house and DH forgot his wallet at home, so he can't get some on his way home. With the price of gas, it's not worth it to go back into town to get it, haha.

I failed to take anything out of the freezer this morning. So since at bedtime last night Kim came and asked if we could make pancakes and when I said no she said "but we have peanut butter mom" I'm thinking pancakes it is at my house tonight. Maybe it they are nice to me I'll be nice and add chocolate chips to them.

we are having pasta here tonight - probably rotini noodles (I think I have some left) with a ground beef & sausage sauce (I have one package of each, about 1 lb each, my family eats too much to make one package work. lol). Wish I had thought to grab garlic bread when I was in town earlier.

We ended up having tacos, cheesy taco rice & refried beans since I already had some ground beef cooked up and ready to go from this weekend. It was yummy!

I just had some hamburger helper 4 cheese lasagna, lol. I have to eat early because of a blood test tomorrow morning and have to indure a 12 hour fast  . So dh will probably heat that up and have whatever else he cares to make with it :p

Well, DH ended up going back to town, haha... (had to go switch vehicles with his dad), so we ARE having spagetti tonight. Mmmm... :)

I used my crockpot today! I don't know what to call it, but here's what ya do!
take 2 chicken breasts, 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 2/3 can of milk (just use the soup can), 1 can of mushrooms, salt and pepper. Mix all of this in the crock pot. When it's done, shred the chicken. Serve over white rice! YUMMY!!!! This feeds 2 people, so for 4, double it. for 5 or 6 I'd probably just keep it doubled too, maybe add another chicken breast. Anyway. It's really good!

We had spaghetti and meatballs, salad and garlic bread. But the best part was that it was at my mom's house...no cooking for me!

My grandma also brought a lemon bundt cake! Yum!
