We are having chicken breasts with a garlic/red pepper rub & some hot veggie... maybe string beans?

I tossed the chicken breasts in the freezer for another day and we had pancakes and scrambled eggs for dinner instead! Rob's not going to be home for awhile so I didn't feel like fixing a big dinner for me & the kids so he can fend for himself when he gets home lol!

i have decided to make baked teriyaki chicken, rice and either broccoli or edamame (both currently in a frozen state).

DD is very excited about the chicken.

My husband just walked in with McDonalds - but I only see 2 kids meal bags...wonder what he thinks I'm supposed to eat??

Yes, I have 5. The last one was a whopper, though.

We went out for dinner last night because it was #4's birthday.

But honestly, I only cook about one dinner every 2 weeks. There's just no time. :thumbdown: But, we have carry out down to a science. I can feed all 7 of us for under $30, usually closer to $20.
