What would you put on this?

Okay, ever since this month's hybrid project, I've been super-obsessed with making dry erase boards.

Anyway, my mom and I were talking and after the baby is born, she is going to be watching him during the day while I'm at school, but sometimes I have night classes and won't be able to get home until after everyone's in bed.

We were trying to talk about a way that she could communicate to me when he last ate, how many diapers he had used during the day, etc... so that way I would know all the details, even on days I come home late from school and everyone's asleep.

My question is, what would you put on a dry erase board for us to put in the nursery?

So far we have:

Last ate at:
He used ____ diapers today!

Firsts:
(e.g. rolled over for the first time today; laughed at the baby mobile; etc...)

Things to follow up:
(e.g. possible diaper rash?; need more baby wipes next time you go shopping; etc...)

Baby's likes:
(e.g. Likes looking out the kitchen window at the birds; likes playing peekaboo; etc...)

Baby's dislikes:
(e.g. Dislikes being in a dirty nappy; dislikes mashed pumpkin; etc...)

When my kids were in daycare, the teachers would send home a communication sheet every day with the following information. It was really helpful to me.

--How much they ate and at what time.
--# of wet and dirty diapers, time of last diaper change
--Whether or not diaper cream was applied.
--Time and length of nap
--What they did that day (special games, art, etc.)
--Their general demeanor (were they happy, sad, grumpy, fussy.)

Hope this is helpful!

Oh Kara thank you for posting that!
Kennedy is now 14 wks old but I want to make a dry erase for her, mainly for when she starts eating solid foods.

Kara, any ideas for solid food feeding...well not solid but baby food instead of just bottles.
