What would you do?

I ordered some prints from Amazon for the first time and I got my Christmas card back. I never do a real card because the budget for it is insane so instead I order prints of my card.

But the crop is awful!! Even though I paid close attention to being 4x6 and the crop line they showed before printing were correct. But now I've got this ugly finished product.

I don't have time to reorder since I'm already so late in the game(and unmotivated must I add)...

So do I send as is?? Or do I spend a tedious amount of time recutting around the white border so there is none left?

I blurred all our faces because I left a review on Amazon

Since it's 4x6, can you mount it to maybe a 5x7 white cardstock? That way the edges might not be so noticeable.

Id reorder through Shutterfly and just pick up at Walgreens, or just get them printed locally. You can have it done in an hour or so

I thought about that but I'm always disappointed with Walgreens photos, there is always a line running through.

I think mounting them to white paper would be a good idea but I just don't have it in me to do that.

I reordered through CVS. Fingers crossed they are better!

That is so disappointing! I had a great experience with the quality of Amazon's prints for the price, but those were simply prints--not something I was sending out, like a card. I'm glad you reordered, but I was thinking as a person who likes to get holiday cards, and when I looked at yours, while I noticed the border was a bit off, I wouldn't have judged the card. I'd still have been happy to receive it, and I bet anyone you send your "wonky" Amazon card to would have felt the same! :)

aww thank you! I love your perspective! I guess I was just being a bit of a perfectionist.

The CVS prints turned out great! The crop is perfect! The photos are a bit too washed out though, as if they made it appear more white overall so it lost a bit of details but I'll take it!

So glad the CVS prints worked!! I would have gotten my paper cutter out and cut off the white borders if I had no other options.
