haha.. i am thinking about modifying it so it has a chocolate filling.. or maybe just make cinnamon twists instead. that will cut down some of the work.. but really it's mostly, because i don't have raspberries and don't want to go to the store today lol ..

It's a pastry mat. You can get them just about anywhere that sells baking supplies. I had one back when I used to bake a lot that was made by Martha. It had a basic pie crust recipe right on the mat and was non-skid on the bottom. Most are designed so you don't need to use extra flour as you roll, which is also a plus.

sweet, I am def going to need one. I get really aggravated trying to roll out dough and eyeballing it lol I made chicken pot pie the other day and was like...........an inch too small on my circle. LAME. I stretched it on the pan and it was fine, but you know lame.

I absolutely love it. Use it all the time whenever I am making dough. Never had to use the circles for pie though! (that needs to change!)
