What is everyone up to today

I am just getting home from the ER. Gabe has been broke out in hives since friday night. gave benadryl and they come and go. this morning he woke up all swollen and completly broke out so we went to the ER. concluded it is his allergies and prolly something in the air. started steriods and keep on with the benadryl. no school tomorrow if he is still broke out :( so that is how i am spending my labor day off, what are you gals doing?
 
You know what I'm doing....just resting on the couch still trying to recover from my surgery enough to get up and get some stuff done around here.

I'm glad it was only allergies for Gabe, and hopefully the meds will help clear it all up!
 
Probably not doing as much as I should! LOL!! Just doing some work and playing on here! LOL!

Hope your little one gets better soon! My niece gets hives really bad and I know how much of a pita they are!
 
not much here.. we were going to go swimming, but the children are being brats, so we're just sitting around.. going to my mom's for dinner and have to go to the store later... so not much!!!
 
Rachel's recovering from a cold, and I'm in the middle of the one I caught from her, and DH has one too, so I guess I'd better call a mortician, because he acts like he's at death's door. A 99.5 temp and he's out for the count...rolling my eyes at how manly men really are.
So the highlight of my day was probably the trip to WalMart to buy him some meds and Sprite..whoopee.
 
poor little guy! i hope he feels better.
and i'm just sitting around. i'm on vacation this week! so i should be cleaning m craft room. but right now, i'm sitting in the recliner. with a headache. i think i'll probably go lay down for a bit. see if it goes away.
i need to do a new layout for my blog later on. it's looking bare. and i need to update.
anybody have anything SUPER EXCITING planned?
 
My dh and the older boys camped out last night in our backyard and we had breakfast outside this morning - it was pretty fun all around. Today we are just relaxing and hanging out.
 
OH MY LORD, the prednisone is making him sooooo freakin crazy. he is hungry and eating everything in site, and i am NOT kidding. he is wild with energey every worse than normal and he is literally bouncing off the walls and DH just left to take his best friend to mayo clinic for a week of cancer treatments. please, calgon take me away!!!!!
 
um.. nothing. bored. Posting stupid random things :D :D

no I cleaned a lil bit.. and now I'm just zoning out.. Ce is mostly annoying me today so I'm trying to ignore his insanity (Like purposely.. making noises and askign me if it's annoying. of course it is child).

I hope the lil guy feels better... prednisone is THE devil. I've taken it once (I had mono and my throat closed up it was so swollen.. anywayz..) THE devil :D :D
 
Lauren, i think you are right. Gosh, my head hurts. one minute he is literally bouncing off the walls and the next he is in a full melt down screaming and bawling bc he is mad at God for making itchy stuff. now he is running around naked crying bc he doesnt have enough star wars stuff and they don't make star wars cuddly guys???? i think he wants a star wars pillow or stuffed character. calgon, PLEASE!!!!!!! and what is up with him running around naked you may ask, your guess is as good as mine at the moment
 
Oh, you poor thing! I hope he's feeling better and settled down some now!

We did nothing interesting today! I got to take a nap with the girls... we picked up pizza for dinner... now the girls are winding down with Spongebob, and I'm just chillin(dh is already in bed)
