What is different?

The kit includes the grass alpha:

Size: 215.9MB

The seperate grass alpha:

Size: 102.6MB

I've bought the kit and check the alpha in kit, it has the same size: 102MB. So, it's mean I do not need to buy the seperate alpha, because it was included in the kit, right?

It's the same alpha so you only need the kit

Designers will often sell the alphas seperately in case people want to only buy the alpha.
