what happened to my winter weather?

So I wore shorts yesterday, have shorts on today...we are going to have t-storms all day and night with chances of tornadoes. Can anyone tell me please were my lovely seasonal-for-once weather has gone? we had a lovely cool fall and for once I thought NC temps would be on target for the season we are in, but not so. We will have 2-3 days of 50s and then bam, back in the 60s again! UGH! If it's warm again for Christmas I think I shall scream. Ya'll help me pray I don't take a free trip to Oz today.
 
I feel your pain. We are already under Tornado Warnings here and it is going to downpour any minute. It's so dark outside that my kiddo slept in thinking it was still nighttime. LOL (ok so that was the good part of the bad weather :) )
 
This weather is definitley crazy! I'll be thinking of all you girls with the tornado warnings/watches! Scary stuff!

It was 60 here yesterday, today we are having ice storm warnings!
 
The winter is having too much fun up north torturing us with lots of snow!! Of course, I think I'd rather have snow than tornados - stay safe!!
 
I'll take your warmth. I get plenty of the cold stuff up here and I am sick to death of it already and we haven't even gotten to the really cold stuff. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if I didn't have to work outside.
 
It's raining raining raining here. Again. It rains all freaking winter! :cursing:
I wish it would cool off so I could get a nice snow fall for once. Just once this winter, that's all I want, is that really too much to ask? :( Totally makes me want to move to Pittsburgh ASAP instead of 5 or 10 years.
 
You girls can have the snow! We got flurries last night - which was fun because it rarely snows in Houston. But, I HATE being cold. I'll take the 60's weather for Christmas any time - shorts & flipflops rule! :D

Tell me about it! Almost 70 here yesterday and 68 today. Back to what we've put up with for years in December here in NC. We have the craziest weather. Summer one day winter the next. I hate it too Amy, it's killer on my sinuses.
 
It's crazy here too! Earlier this week it was cold! Yesterday, it was 63 all day w/rain & thunderstorms & a tornado watch. We are now under a flood watch and it's slowly dropping temp this morning. I woke up to 64 and it's now 58. It's supposed to be 25 tonight w/the chance of snow! What the heck?! lol And next week it's supposed to be back in the high 60's low 70s! CRAZY! I just want a COLD preferably white Christmas!!!
 
I'm with ya Deb! I just got the alert ......we're under a tornado watch. I can't stand this! i especially hate it that I'm home by myself all day during the day. UGH.
 
We're going to get it this weekend too.. supposed to be 59 on sunday and then 21 on monday with 3-6 inches of snow. WTF???
 
Seriously. high of 54 and a low of 9?? COME ON.
