What does this mean???

Can someone tell me what this means?

I just bought a kit and downloaded it. I'm now trying to use the kit and I can't open any of the papers in PSE. It keeps giving me the error message:
'Could not complete your request because of a problem parsing the JPEG data'. I'm not having any problems with the alphas or the ellies, just the papers. I tried to download the papers a second time and it's still happening. Help!

Robin - if you see this, you can disregard my email. I ran some clean-up on my computer, rebooted, and am now able to open the papers. ???? Weird, but it worked, so I'm happy. ;-)
