What does CS6 have over CS5 that's good for scrappers?

I have CS5 and I REALLY like the dark gray interface of CS6 but that hardly seems worth a $200 upgrade. What did they add into CS6 that digi scrappers are loving?

Here's a big rundown of improvements... http://bjango.com/articles/photoshopcs6/so far I'm liking the darker interface (although you can change it to the lighter one from CS5 if you prefer it), the Automatic Recovery (Photoshop stopped working unexpectedly, but when I re-opened it my layout was still there! Recovered!), new path strokes, and character styles, and for huge multi-layered documents you can search your layers... but I don't know that the changes from 5 to 6 are that huge for digi scrappers... maybe for designers, but not worth it to me. We only upgraded in order to stay current and subscribe to the cloud.
 
I upgraded from 3, so there were more than enough changes to make it worthwhile. From 5 I think I remember seeing that the background saves and overall faster interface were new. Not sure what the speed difference from 5 to 6 is, but from 3 to 6 it was very noticeable.

Then there's one other thing that I use all the time but I don't know if most scrappers would even notice. You know how things in the layers palette have a box to the left that can be gray or colored? In CS6 you can change the box colors of everything you have selected at once. It's wonderful for altering templates when you want to mark what is part of a particular grouping. I used to have to change them one by one, and it was a pain!

One other thing to take into account is that Adobe has changed their upgrade policy. If you qualify for an educational discount it's a moot point, but for everyone else you'll only be able to get upgrade pricing if you have the most recent version. So you wouldn't be able to upgrade to CS7 unless you upgrade to CS6 before CS7 comes out. I think that change goes into effect in late 2012 or maybe Jan 1st 2013, but you'd have to check the Adobe site to be sure.

I went from 4 to 6, so many of the improvements might have already been part of 5 (like Content Aware)..

I love automatic recovery.

I also love that it's 64-bit native, because I work in a 64-bit system and the performance is brilliant despite that my computer is 3,5 years old.

These two are most important to me. There are also lots of small changes in the interface that make a user's life easier. but I have no idea whether they'd be worth an upgrade for you.

Me too! I often start working on a page and get caught up in it before saving it. I'm sooo bad at saving frequently as I scrap.
