I use PSP X2. I got PSE last summer, but it just frustrated me trying to learn something new, so I seldom open it.

I use PSE6 and like it - though I'm sure I only use about 50% of its capabilities. I need read the 'how to' one day and stop winging it.

dang I thought for sure there were more PSP users. I started out on PSP 5 I think. I didnt use it much though and when I got a new computer I bought PSP XI as a birthday present for myself. That was over 2 years ago. I cant imagine using anything else. Im sure photoshop is more powerful and has alot that I cannot do but I love PSP and dont plan on switching anytime soon LOL

I started out with PSE 5, upgraded to PSE 6 when it came free with my tablet ;) and then upgraded to CS4 late this past spring. I love it - even though I'm sure I'm still only using about 1/10 of the program capabilities. :p

I use PSE 6. I LOVE PSE! I used the trial version of PSE 7 and it is better though. There are three glitches on PSE 6 that make it slower to work. One, the layers don't merge with the CTRL+G function, you have to select Layers>Group With Previous. So annoying. Two, it won't nudge, unless you've adjusted the size of the element and haven't checked the green arrow yet. And three, you can't drag elements from your project bin, up to your LO. You have to have the element open and drag it down to the LO in the project bin. These are all annoying but I have gotten use to it.

If anyone is looking to buy PSE though, I recommend PSE 7, or searching for a version of PSE 5 that will be much cheaper. I wouldn't get PSE 6.

I tried to teach myself PSP with the Paint Shop Pro in 24 hours book...fell asleep a couple times after the 2nd chapter and gave up. Then I bought Renee Pearson's book and it taught me PSE...so I used PSE for a couple of years...and now I use CS3.
