What do you guys think about this?

I was reading that story about the family this morning. I haven't read about the bill yet though so checking it out

I think it's all a sad excuse. If you're capable of murder then you're gonna do it with or without a job. Sick people.

That is just horrible. Both the act of murder and the explotation of it. There are people out there who have it wayyy worse and have never thought about ending their lives or the loves of their families. Again, another way satan is getting stronger!

There is always a way out. And not this way!!

Well my husbands been out of work for six weeks now (technically longer because work was so slow he might as well not have been at work) and he hasnt murdered anyone. It is hard...it is stressful but it shouldnt lead to that. Just kinda sad that this is all coming down to that and I find it despicable for the government to exploit this to try to pass a bill that is garbage to begin with. (and I think I will leave it at that because I get soooooo flippin mad when I think about all the "extras" trying to be passed along with that stimulus bill) UGHHHHHHH!!!!

It's a tragedy & should not be exploited. There is something wrong with a mind that thinks killing your kids because you are out of a job is a good idea. That's not the economy's fault, that's the mind's fault.

If it hadnt been that he was laid off, chances are something else would have triggered that ... a fight with his wife, friend, brother, anything. That guy was obviously messed up and they are totally making light of such a sickening crime.

I think it's awful! I hate that the politicians are using this as a way to pass that stimulus package! Sickos!

That is just so sad. I do believe that hopelessness and depression could lead to such a tragedy. That family is in my prayers.

I do not think it is right of them to use it politically, either. But, they are right ... something needs to change sooner rather than later.
