What creeps you out??

I'm a sympathetic ralpher. One time when DH was working nights, my stepson threw up in the bathroom. Just getting close enough to throw a towel over the mess almost made me hurl. There was no way I could clean it up! Luckily, Monkey has only thrown up once (maybe twice) in the last 3 years (and I never throw up), so it's not something I have to deal with regularly.

I also despise rodents.

Otherwise, ain't no thang: bugs, reptiles, spiders, blood, gore, snot, diapers, etc. I watched my ex's vasectomy reversal; that was fascinating.

I don't watch scary movies, but it's not because they actually scare me. I know that what I see will get tangled up in my dreams that night and I'll end up dreaming a nightmare personalized to my life and fears. No thanks.

I AM TOO. It doesn't creep me out, but I get really sick trying to hold my stuff together while tending to the needs of others. Sometimes it works other times not.

Nails on the chalk board.
The slimy seeds inside a melon (cantaloupe or honeydew -ewwww).
The bottom of a lake that I cannot see.

Frogs don't creep me out and I can bait my own hook. :)

People that scrape their teeth on forks when they eat.
That "falling feeling", like when you slip on ice and barely catch yourself. I scream every time.

SLUGS! Not much bothers me but slugs make me crazy. I don't even like them in cartoon version! My kids think it is hilarious.

I have crazy dreams about strange fish. We have an aquarium but I won't let DH get any 'cool' fish because creepy fish give me bad dreams. They don't scare me to look at them but I dream about them later. I read a story as a kid that stuck with me.

Not too much grosses me out or scares me.

Oh that is a huge one for me! I can't do worms, they are slimy, wriggly, creepy, icky lil things that make me shiver, shake and squeal like a little girl. I can fish with fake lures or if someone else is nice enough to bate me. :)

omg my dh is like that too! i've never met anyone who had this issue till i married him. he can't stand anyone eating a popsicle, lol!

I have to be very careful eating a popsicle, that wood needs to be nibbled around, not stuck into the mouth and you gotta be very careful when you think you are getting close to it. Ugh, I'm all creeped out now thinking of it.

I actually don't have a lot that creeps me out...the feeling of sand on my feet AFTER you get back on the pavement.

I'm giggling at all you weirdos :p

These creep me out! Can't stand when I find them in the house. EEK!!

Dh will almost cry if he has to touch like a cotton ball! Lol! He can't stand it. If there is cotton in a medicine bottle, i have to take it out for him.

I'm not so grossed out by bugs or frogs or snakes, or anything like that... (unless they surprise-touch me! lol)

But I HATE the sound/feel of rubbing tissue or napkins or dry paper between my thumb and a finger. lol. I hope that made sense. Like, you can feel the awfulness and hear it go up your arm into your ears Yuck!

OMG, me too! Just like my paper thing I just mentioned! lol

OMG Megan, thanks for that picture! lol... In the apartment we had before we bought our house we found a couple of them. Once I was going to get a bottle of mouthwash off the shelves near our sink, brought it close to me to open it, and realized one of those F'ing things had crawled onto my finger from the shelf!! Ick!!! It was like 3 inches long!!!! It scared the crap out of me. I don't mind bugs so much, but to have one of those huge nasty things on my finger! It felt fuzzy too, because of all its legs! Ewww, it was so big I could have sworn I heard it as it ran away across the floor. It was so stinking fast I couldn't catch it either!

Sorry Rachael! Yeah, one ran across my foot once! I can't look at it without getting the shivers! The ONLY good thing about the house centipedes is that they eat spiders! lol

Yeah, that's a good thing, but I think I'd rather find 10 (non poinsonous) spiders for every one of those things! lol. Spiders are a lot easier to squish! :p
